We showed up for a service call to troubleshoot some premises lighting. Justin was very helpful with getting us to the places we needed to get to. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the layout of the facility!! 5 out of 5 star!!!!

I recently rented a 10x15 storage unit from StorageMart. I worked with Justin. He was very helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly. Throughout the entire process Justin was very professional. Overall I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Justin.

Good rates, good location, sneaky business practices.
At the time of check in they encouraged to give a 5 star review to help out the staff. Fast forward. The only thing the staff was focused on was his 5 star review. I found out they added insurance without me knowing I had given consent. The insurance was 50% of what my unit cost. They won't remove it without proof of insurance. I was told it was in the signed paperwork. They never provided me with said paperwork. No paper copy or email to reference what I signed.
Please stop your silly contests to get 5 star reviews and help new users know about how to have the advertised rates and not being shocked by underhanded add on line items. Very unfortunate way of doing business.

Great experience with StorageMart!! Justin was so nice and helpful in helping us get started with our unit and answering all of my questions. The entire process was seamless and very easy, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I will definitely be using StorageMart again for any storage needs!!!
