My family rescued a German Shephard who obviously suffered some sort of abuse prior to us adopting him. He is a loving dog; however he also has some anxiety issues especially around strangers. I was extremely nervous to leave him for the first time, but staff member Kristal made us leaving him so much easier. Not only did she embrace him and love him immediately, but he also felt her love as well. Whenever we are away from our fur babies, it gives you peace of mind knowing they will be loved and cared for just as they would have at home and I know Kristal did just that. She even sent me updates to my cell phone letting me know how he was doing. Since then we have boarded him again and whenever I see Kristal I know he is in good hands and she cares.

Krystal’s the best. I trust her completely with my dog and would never have any issues leaving him with her.

We used Best Friends Pet Hotel to board our two cats over a weekend while we moved. Sara was terrified the entire time, not a surprise, but they took time to comfort her and love on her. Zoey was outgoing and playful, not a surprise, and they played with her and loved on her. Both were happy to see us and are enjoying their new home. For their first time being boarded it was an excellent experience.We regularly get our wiggly, squirmy, anxious, Yorkie groomed by Connie and she does a great job! Highly recommend Connie!!

The staff is so easy going and helpful. They put us at ease with our rescue dog for daycare, boarding and grooming. The dog loves to visit them now!

My poor dog he had to poop as soon as he seen me. Instead of saying hello to me he ran to the corner and pooped. Never agian.

I’ve struggled to find a good groomer, and I’ve finally found one! Connie did a great job on my fur baby! I highly recommend. Krystal and Connie are the only people I trust now with him. They were both very nice and the best service I’ve gotten. I can’t wait to take my other fur babies here

This is by far the worst place to leave your animals in the state of Indiana. Ask for a tour of the facilities and you'll see why. They've had numerous animals escape the building because corporate refuses to fix anything. My dog left with filth all over him among other things. This place is just down right embarrassing. For the love of god find another place to take your animals.

Been taking our dogs here for a while, bad choice. Sick and tired of no one answering phone call after phone call, emails, etc. Left voicemails, no responses. After what happened at the other location and shutting down the cameras my trust in this place has run dry. Not to mention the dog that just recently escaped and is missing. No more business from us. Awful.

Worst Experience! The front counter is dirty and unorganized - this should have been a sign. When I went to pick up my dog, they had misplaced his leash and harness and also his other bag with blanket and toys (comfort items). The also misplaced his medicine. The person checking me out told me should would call when they found the items - I told her I couldn't leave until I had my pets items and even offered to help her look. Finally all items were located - at different places around the facility - eek!I had 2 coupons - one for the weekend stay and one for the week stay (40% and 30%) that I told them about at check it. I cannot see where this was applied - I'm still waiting on a call back for resolution- refund.Also, my dog was skin and bones when I picked him up. This is not uncommon as he doesn't usually eat much when he is boarded, but all the food and treats I packed for him were gone. It makes me wonder with all the disorganization, if another dog got my dog's food.Will not return - terrible experience!!!! My poor dog....

First and last time coming here. They’re terrible at answering the phone and communication. They didn’t cut either of my dogs hair. They quoted me about $150 for both of my dogs to be groomed and charged me $228. They also didn’t brush out my other dog at all “because she wouldn’t stop growling.” That’s a lie. I was in the waiting room listening to you complain about my dog and her long hair while brushing her until finally giving up. She didn’t growl once. You had my dogs for almost 7 hours and did nothing. This place is a rip off.
