I'm very experienced at repairing computers and overheard someone asking for advice for a problem on her computer. The guy at the geek squad desk pointed out that they could fix it but she would be better off with an online solution that would solve her problem. I was impressed that he gave her good advice and tried to help her save money rather than take her money for something she could do herself. It's months later now and I went in to get an accessory for my Meta Quest 3. I got help right away. Still a pleasant experience

Worker seemed uncaring, and honestly just uneducated in what they were doing. The guy at the front desk couldn't be bothered. He was too busy on his phone and his headphones to give my husband a proper answer. And so we had to go back and figure out what was going on and wait forever. Well, they were rude and uncaring. We'll never go back here again

The website said they had solar filters; they did not. We drove 10 minutes out of the way to watch staff walk around aimlessly and avoid us even though the store was almost devoid of other customers. When a staff member was finally close enough to approach, they let us know that there were no solar filters, and that was that.
