Don't go to the geek squad there. Guy was pretty rude after I told him I didn't want to get my laptop diagnosed since I knew it was the RAM that needed replaced. Asked for two things of RAM and he only sold me one.

Drove to Westfield to help my son pickup a clothes dryer he had purchased online. It was ready and they asked if he wanted it wrapped, which due to the unpredictable weather, he did. When they brought it out, they had taken a large sheet of bubble wrap and wrapped around it once , loosely. They set it up in the truck and even though we strapped it down, the wrapping job didn't last long. All in all it was an OK experience and I like Best Buy despite their lack of wrapping capability.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Was able to get what I need and get out within a matter of 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend shopping there.
