If you're black you will be followed around while shopping. There were a few pieces that I planned on purchasing but due to the racial profiling I left without purchasing anything. Btw there were other people shopping in the store and not once were they followed around because well...you know...

Bought a body suit here a couple hours ago for an event I have tonight. Went back to my hotel to get ready and the body suit had a hole around the button - very poor quality for the $118 price Needless to say, I called to get a refund to find out that there is only a store credit option - which is NOT indicated anywhere on my receipt. That was only mentioned to me when I called in. I do not enjoy writing a review like this, but I also feel the need to caution anyone. I don't live locally and am flying out early tomorrow morning so a credit doesn't make any sense.

This is the THIRD time I have tried visiting this store during regular business hours on a Saturday, and the doors were LOCKED every single time. I called and spoke to a woman during a weekday after the second time it happened, and she was very surprised to learn the shop was locked. She stated that two employees were supposed to have been working at the time, but asked me to come again. So I thought I'd try again today (a Saturday around 2pm) and the SAME THING. Lights on, doors locked, absolutely no bodies visible inside. I called the shop while standing outside to see if I could reach anyone, and the phone rang and rang, and went to voicemail. So I also sent the shop a text message, thinking the owner would want to know what's been happening, and the message I received back 50 minutes later was this: "Hi there, I'm so sorry to read that. The door must have been locked by accident." ... Really?! So on three different occasions your business doors -- the same doors that allow customers to come in and spend money with you -- were accidentally locked AND no one in eyesight? Wow, if that were not so illogical, it might be believable. The owner may want to speak with her staff about this shady conduct on various occasions. Beauty + Grace has lost a customer in me. And each of the three times I've went, there has at least been another group of women or a couple who were also trying to enter.

Awful service! Do not use! She also has a photography studio which she charged us through the roof for, took the photos then went on a 3month trip, came back, it was 4months after the newborn photo shoot that we got to see the photos and oh by the way, if you want them Digitally they're $2,000 on top of the $800 sitting! Or you can choose one on a canvas for $1500!. BS! Dont waist your time. Also waited for an hour to see the photos while she finished up with another client trying on clothes!

I had the opportunity to DJ a customer appreciation party at Beauty + Grace on November 26th. Narah and Amber were great to work with. Consult with Amber if you should ever need a Wedding Photographer. They have a nice Photography studio set up within their store. Thanks Narah and Amber!

Came in here with my friend and was encountered by the most disrespectful and condescending employee that I have ever met. She insinuated that we couldn't afford anything in the store and told us to leave. Not only is this false, but is also so unprofessional, disrespectful and inappropriate. I would never recommend this store to anyone and hope this company can train their employees and give them common sense before they let them work the floor.

Cutest lil store I've been to. Has all the clothes and designers that I love. I feel like shopping there is a community and friendship of sorts. I get excited every time they post a sale or new item on their instagram @shopbeautyandgrace
