My daughter was really excited to use a gift card she got for her birthday. Unfortunately, the person working who appeared to be either a manager or worse, the owner ignored us for about 20 minutes before we gave up and left. They were conducting an interview with a potential employee who frankly could have benefited from the lesson in prioritizing customer service over internal operational tasks. The irony is that we could over hear the interview questions, many of which focused on customer service facing skills, of which the individual clearly had none. We came back an hour later to have another person assist us and apologize for the previous experience. The same owner or manager came back during our transaction and still didn’t have the courtesy to even apologize for ignoring us. It’s a small store so they cannot say they didn’t see or remember us. We only returned because of the gift card but will never be back or recommend this to anyone based on that individuals behavior. She even brought up the importance of greeting customers during the interview! The sad part is that it would have been an excellent teaching moment to the potential employee on the importance of prioritizing customers.

Bath Junkie, almost sounds like I have a problem. I swear I don't. I do like however a nice hot bath. Bath Junkie is the place to find what you probably could use yourself or find a bath related gift. I was delighted that they do feature several Rinse brand products. Rinse I'm a big fan of, their products are hand made in Georgia. Not too many stores carry Rinse products so I had to indulge. Spending the day in Carmel and walking around I was not expecting to find a place like this but I'm sure glad I did. A great selection of products was only complimented by a friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist. I saw some products that I've seen before but I saw just as many that I can say I've never seen before. A specialty store done well. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to check out other unique products.

If you love roll on oils, lotions, and body washes then this is the place for you! Not only can you purchase different body care products, but you get to create your scent! This place is located near the new cake bake shop in Carmel, IN. When I walked in, I was greeted right away. I don't remember the name of both ladies who helped me, but they were so nice! They walked me around the store and showed me all the different products they had to offer. Then I smelled several different scents and came up with a good combination. I picked a body wash, lotion, and roll on oil. You get to choose what color you want your body wash and lotion to be. They can also add glitter which I had the lady add glitter to my body wash. My experience here was phenomenal and I can't wait to come back. I plan to use different scents this time!

Such a lovely place. I had my daughter’s birthday party there and they were so fun! It was reasonably priced, and the products are amazing. Enjoying my customized products already. I LOVED this place.

I went in recently with my daughter. Surprisingly great experience. There’s a lot of neat, fun products, and also things you can customize and make yourself. The staff were very helpful in walking through options and helping to create some concoction my daughter came up with. I’m sure we will be back!

What a unique experience in Carmel, where things can feel so cookie cutter sometimes. Located in the town center in a deceivingly small area, there is a huge selection of scents to choose from and combine. My girlfriend got this experience for me as a birthday gift and I was initially overwhelmed the array of options available. There is a list of suggested combinations available based on your interests and the scents are categorized by their smells, such as fruits, spices, and musks. Even further, Melissa, the owner, was there when we went and was able to blend scents based on our interests. They have a variety of items to apply the scents to, including scrubs, body washes, and aftershaves. While a little expensive, the ability to choose your own fragrances in quality products is definitely worth it and worth coming back to.

Had my twin daughters 6th birthday party here today & everything went so smooth. Staff was amazing & great with all the littles. Everything smelled amazing. I highly recommend.

We visited while there was a child's party going on. To the staff....If you don't want people touching stuff you shouldn't leave in customers reach. Also, you shouldn't be rude to someone when they do touch it because you carelessly left in customers reach.
