I've been a fan of this Bath & Body Works location since the middle school days when I wore Warm Vanilla Sugar, Cucumber Melon and Sweet Pea on repeat. Anyone else?! After this location underwent a remodel a few years ago, it's bigger and better than ever. It's always clean, organized and well stocked, with friendly staffers to greet you at the door and help you find what you're looking for. I'm a sucker for the three-wick candles, which they seem to have on sale most weekends, I've noticed. My favorite scents: White Pumpkin and Pumpkin Clove for fall, The Perfect Christmas and Tis the Season for the holidays, Winter, and anything lemon. I once brought home a candle and had seconds thoughts (before I burned it), and I was able to easily take it back and exchange it for a different scent. I'm not sure about their return policy for candles that have been lit, though. You also can't go wrong with their Aromatherapy line - Stress Relief and Sleep are my faves.

BEWARE! Before you buy a you buy a gift that cannot be exchanged. Their products are generally good and I have shopped here for years spending thousands of dollars, however, they have recently changed their return policy and it's no joke. The last two times I've needed to do an exchange, they would not do so for equal value. In other words, if you purchase products at full price, then need to exchange them a couple weeks later after that product price has been reduced, they will only give you credit for the reduced price....even if you have the original receipt proving the price you paid.

I went in early this morning for candle day and was greeted and helped by the best people! The customer service is amazing and I was able to use my 20% off coupon. Big shout out to Bailey, Kristin, and Liz. You went above and beyond.

I am a die hard fan of good scents be it Candles, car fragrances or just moisturizer so I frequent the ClayTerrace store for my pick ups. The process to order online is pretty quick however it's busy and slow during holiday season to just go in and pick an order quickly.The staff is very friendly and usually very helpful and the display is always great. This is a nice place to buy small, thoughtful gifts.The strip has a variety of stores new bath & body works so it's always a good idea for me to plan a couple items and enjoy a good walk+shopping.
