Fabulous customer service! I was searching for a great gift for an 11 year old girl that sadly had broken her arm. The moment I called Basket Pizzazz, I receive the most wonderful assistance.
I initially spoke with Deb. She was excellent helping me navigate the website for ideas while offering suggestions as to what could be options for the gift. Beth assembled the most BEAUTIFUL basket that not only was age appropriate but so attentive to the recipient's style. Beth did this all while adhering perfectly to the budget and shipping time-frame needed.
Outstanding doesn't even express how fantastic the Basket Pizzazz
team is. You can tell they love what they do and are experts in gifting. We highly recommend!

We did not think it was appropriate to have products with offensive and vulgar words displayed so close to areas where young children were buying candy.

Today was my first day stopping in and I will definitely be back. For starters they have REAL WHITE CHOCOLATE PRETZELS. Not yogurt, white chocolate. Finding true white chocolate covered pretzels is so difficult to find. Stopped in with my two boys for an after school treat, nice variety of little gifts, regular candies (snickers, crunch, Kit Kat, etc) and nice variety of special candies. Gummy pizzas, gummy sushi, make you own tube candy, etc. nice selection of specialty candies such as chocolate pretzels, truffles, and so on. Definitely on the pricey compared to a big box like CVS but worth it to support a small business. Great customer service and friendly faces.

I had so much fun putting together a gift basket for my best friend's birthday! They have tons of options to choose from- snacks, candy, glassware, etc! They package all of your selections up in the cutest packaging! Definitely a small business to support!

We try to send out holiday gifts to certain clients each year and try to focus on Indiana specific gifts. I went in Basket Pizzazz and they just simply have amazing service. They helped us find perfect choices for clients, then helped us through the ordering process, put gifts and baskets together and mailed them out. Any issues, they contacted us immediately and we were able to solve it. Clients loved the gifts. I would definitely recommend using this place for corporate gifts. They have a lot of other gifts as well and of course we had to sample those.Great service and Great Selection.

Creating a custom basket for my boyfriend’s birthday. He was out of town on his birthday so had it delivered to his hotel. Sherri was extremely helpful in creating just the right basket! They ensured it was delivered when I wanted it and even sent me a picture! Needless to say my BF was pleasantly surprised!

Great local mom and pop store, has a great selection of fun knick-knacks, as well as a huge Candy and chocolate selection. They also carry Slush Puppies which is hard to find these days, instant nostalgia. A really nice touch is their chocolate covered strawberries which they carry for Valentine's Day.... make sure to preorder! Huge fan of this place. I will continue to patronize this establishment.
