I didn't want to make a claim and drive my insurance costs up so I hunted around and found Danny. He fixed both vehicles for an affordable price and saved me needing to make a claim on my insurance. He replaces only what needs to be replaced and repairs what he can unlike some of these other outfits that drive up the cost by replacing parts that can be repaired. “Had an exceptional experience with Jordan at Midwest Autosports! When I located an incredible car in Indiana, Jordan's shop was conveniently the nearest to the seller and boasted impressive ratings. He efficiently handled a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection for me. Unfortunately the seller, who isn't affiliated with Midwest Autosports in any way, shape, or form, reneged on the deal multiple times and I couldn't buy the car, but my interaction with Jordan and his team was top-notch. “Super quick and easy. Great customer service. However I forgot that I had just had my cabin air filter changed in May and they said it needed replaced again but it's good for about a year. Totally my fault but there shouldn't have been enough particulate on the filter in a month to look like it needed changed.”

These guys get the job done like you agreed upon without any villainous nonsense that you may experience at other nearby establishments. I brought in new wheels, tires, and an exhaust kit this time around and asked to have them installed. They finished the job in 2.5 hours just as the guy on the phone initially quoted. Their work is very precise and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.”

“Called to inquire about a timing belt replacement on a vehicle purchased a few years ago from Carmax. There was no record in the maintenance section on the Carfax report so I wasn't sure they ever replaced it when they flipped it. Happy with the conversation with this shop. Both people were nice and estimate seemed fair, but mostly happy about the information I was given about looking for a sticker under the hood to see if there was evidence that the replacement was done. I found a sticker saying as much so I appreciate them not just saying to bring it in to replace a part that was already serviced. Kudos and if I need something else down the road, I'll call them first.”

“I know absolutely nothing about car repair and get super stressed any time I have to deal with car activities. Ed at Midas in Carmel, Indiana made the entire experience better for me. He brought me into the garage and showed me the issue, he test drove my car and even took a video of the issue so that I could show it to the dealership where I purchased the car. He went way above and beyond to help me without even charging me for his help. I will never go any place else because of this experience! And I’m so grateful to have an honest and dependable support in my community!”
“Excellent work, great job! Had a coolant leak. Went to a Mercedes repair place who supposedly fixed it, $$$, but the leak problem remained. I turned to Yelp Project and found "Carmel Auto Group". Bottom line: They located and fixed the leak problem. They also found a rusted oil pan and repaired it (at a lower cost vs my previous Mercedes repair place who had also reported the oil pan issue)! Talked to owner, Will. Nice guy and was impressed by small operation but good people. I hope they get good business, signed... A very happy Mercedes owner.”
