“Tracey Dunville, inside sales associate, went out of her way--way beyond--to assist me in purchases made in 2018 (!) She had to dig to locate my original invoice because I mistakenly provided the wrong contractor, researched means to address my situation, and provided me with multiple resources requiring several emails. Tracey is professional, knowledgable, and, even, humorous.”

“The pieces anchoring my mail box to the post had rotted so I was able to take the old pieces in and staff helped me find the right size lumber, they cut it for me, as well as paint matched so I can repaint the post which has been several years and needs some help (so wood filler as well as sealer was recommended). I am not a diy person so having such great staff made this a really great hardware store experience.”

“I visited the Carmel store to purchase a lightweight weed whipper and ended up with several more items, all because the employee that helped me was so kind and knowledgeable.

One of my purchases was a ceiling fan. I had it installed professionally and found a glitch with the fan pull chain after the contractor left.

On Sunday, I called the store and talked to Timothy in the lighting department. Timothy was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient as we worked through the glitch.

Thank you, Timothy, you made that frustrating situation fun and successful.

And thank you Home Depot. Your employees are the best!”

“I'm very experienced at repairing computers and overheard someone asking for advice for a problem on her computer. The guy at the geek squad desk pointed out that they could fix it but she would be better off with an online solution that would solve her problem. I was impressed that he gave her good advice and tried to help her save money rather than take her money for something she could do herself. It's months later now and I went in to get an accessory for my Meta Quest 3. I got help right away. Still a pleasant experience”

“Drove to Westfield to help my son pickup a clothes dryer he had purchased online. It was ready and they asked if he wanted it wrapped, which due to the unpredictable weather, he did. When they brought it out, they had taken a large sheet of bubble wrap and wrapped around it once , loosely. They set it up in the truck and even though we strapped it down, the wrapping job didn't last long. All in all it was an OK experience and I like Best Buy despite their lack of wrapping capability.”

“I visited Sur La Table bread making classes on my birthday and I had such a good time learning the nuances of yeast, proofing and baking bread. We were a group of 4 and we had a good understanding of who would do what. That gave us enough time to learn, bake and then enjoy tasty bread with freshly churned garlic butter. Gosh that was delicious!Chef Alisa was so bright, enthusiastic and energetic. She ensured we washed our hands as soon as we got in, showed us all the vessels and gave us a good understanding of what to expect. She was professional and very thorough.I enjoyed my 2 hour class and went back with a generous portion of garlic rosemary focaccia bread and rustic artisan bread. Fun!”
