I have a product from them that is less that 1 year old and no longer will spray. $50.00 prescription, and they are "SORRY" but won't replace it. Disappointing customer service. If you have a Pharmacy choice I would go elsewhere!

Email stated being "sent by courier" so I used my work address to make it convenient for them during business hours, but their "courier" is USPS so now I'm going to wait 6 days for a prescription after my Doctor visit. Deceptive.

Saved me hundreds of dollars a month on my daughter’s prescription over what drug stores were going to charge me after my insurance! Super friendly and helpful staff when I have spoken to them on the phone. Quicker and smoother process than dealing with store front pharmacies these days.

I have received 10 prescriptions from Apothico this year and of those, 2 had issues that required me to make new doctor appointments to get the prescription filled. The first one they lost my shipping label and the second they filled the wrong prescription. This has been very frustrating and inconvenient.

The product came quickly, however, I had to initiate a call after my appointment to get the prescription. I was told they would call me but they never did.

Apotheco Pharmacy was very helpful in filling my prescription. They kept me informed of insurance approval and sent me a secure link to pay my copay. They also were very good at getting me the lowest price as well of keeping me informed about the shipping and delivery. It was a pleasure to do business with this company!

Dr told me that i had to get prescription filled by Apotheco. He sent order to them. Apotheco rep called me same day to confirm info.12 days later..No response to my voice message or email requesting status of order.Update. Was contacted and received order today. Thank you for following up.Rate changed from a 1 to a 4.
