The facility is old but the teachers are gold. Smaller location that does not feel like a child factory and allows children to be individually recognized.

Love this KinderCare! The staff are incredible. They clearly have a heart for for the kids and families in their care. They listen and communicate well and our little guy loves it there! He learns something new every day.

Thank you miles to all of the hard working teachers and staff at Kindercare Hazel Dell. What a trying time for our world but you kept us informed, made us as parents feel safe, and our daughter grew immensely through your care and education. Our fridge and playroom are blistering with art projects, our photo albums are full of pictures you've shared, and our little one made some great friends.

We have two boys (currently 4- and 1.5-years-old) who have attended this KinderCare since they were 10 weeks old. The infant room staff is so warm, wonderful and competent that we were always comfortable dropping them off - even at their tiniest - knowing they were in good hands. As they’ve gotten older and moved up in rooms, we’ve appreciated the developmental activities in place to make sure they’re both playing and learning - whether that’s about letters, numbers, art, cooking, manners or socializing. They also coordinate additional programs with vendors like Crouching Tigers, Soccer Shots and Monkey Tails so kids can try something new in the regular course of their day vs. parents trying to work these in on their own at night or on weekends. But most of all, we’ve loved being able to take our kids to a safe place with consistent availability/hours and the friends they’ve had since they were babies. Thank you to all the staff here!

There is not enough words to express precisely how this Kindercare location made me more relaxed about dropping my children off. I have 3 kiddos baby girl in the infant room. My two yr old son in twos and my 5 yr old in transitioning kindergarten. My first time ever having to drop my kids off to daycare, everyone there made me feel at ease. The director and other staff reminded me that I can come in at any time to check up on my kids and call as many times as I need to, to keep my piece of mind. My kids love everyone there. It was the hardest decision for me to make when I transferred due to my job location. I wish I could take the entire building and staff with me. My kids had a hard time adjusting to new daycare. But I would highly recommend kindercare hazell dell to any parent. You will see a difference in your children’s learning skills and be super surprised when they come home with a new knowledge everyday. My son won’t stop speaking Spanish!!! I love it.

Both of my childern (2.5 and 5yrs) attend Kindercare. The staff is wonderful with my kids and show them kindness as well as help them to grow into wonderful little people with their crafts, lessons, and love. The school also works with outside vendors to bring in extra "activities" for this kids to do. It is hard for working parent's to sometimes get your kids to soccer, dance or karate. This helps with that because these vendors come into the center as part of the day.

If your child has any medical issues do NOT go here! Lack of communication with the parents and many more bad things to say about this center.Update: I was told by the district director that the center will get more training on medical issues and special needs.

We have had our daughter here since 10 weeks and she's now 2-1/2. Most teachers have been wonderful and we can tell they try to interact and have fun with the kids They have always been super flexible if our schedule needs to change. We have appreciated that very much.

My son has been here for 2 years. I can see how much he learned from here and how happy he was everyday. The teachers here really love and care for the kids. It is a comfortable home-like place for the kids I think. The classrooms are always clean.

We just went in to preview the preschool, so I can't comment on how it was to actually attend. The preschool seemed closer to a day care. We went to preview and they kept saying my daughter's name wrong, the whole thing seemed kind of rushed. The two classrooms we toured were doing busy work. For us, it wasn't a great fit, but again it was just a tour.
