It is an all around average place of residence considering it is mostly quiet, not filthy, and the people are friendly. Like anywhere though it has its loud times, gets dirty, and catch a person at the wrong time possibly. Overall not a bad residence as rumors may suggest from time to time.

On 2 separate occasions I have had items stolen from in front of my door

It wasn't clean when I move in.I never received my deposit back.I wouldn't recommend 6
