Have had an account with them for 12 years, was talked into adding my husband to the account. “Someone “ failed to send the copy of his ID to be verified. So without notice the froze my account, took his ID TO THIS LOCATION to be copied AGAIN. Was told I would have access to MY money by 6 am. That wasn’t the case. It’s still frozen due to a Woodforest employee mistake. Called customer service was told I would have my account back this afternoon. I can’t pay bills, buy food, can’t put gas in my car. I am being held hostage by this bank due to an EMPLOYEE MISTAKE. Very unfair treatment of a long time customer. I was told I had no right to be angry. ?

The staff is always helpful & very friendly. I appreciate all the stuff they do for Walmart associates.

I 100% recommend this branch ESPECIALLY Hannah! She was amazing. She was friendly, hardworking, and was very good at what she does. She was very nice and kind and so helpful on working with me and getting what I needed!

I’ve had way too many problems with this bank, they’re unprofessional and sleep on the job. Every time I come in, there’s a problem and they give attitude about it. It’s not my fault they cannot fix their mistakes. They have dispute the wrong amount of money and made it sound like it’s our fault and never listen to the actual problem. We’ve had our bank cards hacked a few times, or they just don’t work at certain stores like Walmart. I will also be switching banks due to how unprofessional they are.

I've banked with Woodforest since they showed up in Indiana about a decade ago or longer, Ive never had a problem with them. Utmost professionalism and no arguments from me. I've banked with a lot of banks in the last 40 years, but I've been with Woodforest the longest and they are the ONLY one in 40 years that the same people are there forever everytime I go, and the only bank I've ever banked with where I didnt have to tell them who I was and show my idea every week because the employees quit so often, that I used to wonder why they even had a lock on the safe! Woodforest is not like that....in fact the exact opposite.

People are very friendly!! The banking system is awful. I have had my account for a few years now. I signed up with over draft protection and now they won’t wave the 2 over draft fees of $29 per fee because their system opted me out of the over draft protection WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Once my account is zeroed out I will be closing it. I do NOT recommend this bank! This is not the first time I’ve had issues!

Called first to verify transaction then drive 20 minutes double sign check then get told cannot deposit!! So after a call and two people in person they ruined the check!!! TERRIBLE BANK!!!!!
