I went in 8/27 for an oil change / tire rotation. Emmanuel inspected my tires and informed me I couldn’t get a rotation as my tires were very bad. Before taking my car into their garage, Emmanuel took me out to my car and visibly showed me my tread ( there wasn’t any left ???♀️ ) and then took me back inside and we compared it to the showroom tire tread! As I was reading my tire warranty manuals ( then to find out it was expired ) I had questions in regard to what tread markers were amongst other things. Emmanuel willingly explained and showed me where to find them and what they were. After the oil change, we discuss the different brands of tires/which sales are currently going on/ which would be better for my vehicle/mileage warranty etc. I checked out and went home.
I went back yesterday, 8/28/24 to receive all new tires and new brake pads! Dale mostly helped me during that visit! He was very friendly, funny and informative as well. Emmanuel was also there, and he ended up checking me out once my vehicle was finished. This was also a walk in scenario around noon.
All in all it was a great experience. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, funny, personable and professional. I encountered a couple others, whom I do not know their names. I will definitely make this my “home” for car needs.

I stopped in today to get my old lawn mower tire taken off the rim and to have the new one put on. The guy saved me some money by telling me I could take the tube I bought back because the rims I have are meant to be tubeless and he put my new tire on my rim at no cost. He checked it for leaks by submerging it in water before giving it back to me and he also bagged it so it wouldn't get my car all wet. Very friendly and very quick service! Very please!

I recently had an issue after being run off the road, which left my tire leaking air. As this was my first time dealing with any sort of rim issue, I was stressed and full of questions. I called the store early in the morning and spoke with Emmanuel, who answered my calls with incredible patience and professionalism. I called a couple more times throughout the day, and each time, Emmanuel provided clear, helpful answers, making me feel at ease.
When I arrived, Dale took care of fixing the tire, and I could see how dedicated he was as he hammered away to ensure everything was perfect. As a female, it can sometimes feel intimidating to deal with car issues, but the team at this store made the experience not only manageable but truly enjoyable. Their hospitality and expertise were phenomenal, and I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional service they provided. Highly recommended!

When I first called, the guy on the phone seemed like he didn’t wanna help. He kept sighing and his tone of voice sounded annoyed. I go in with my dad and the guy is singing a different tune and also looking at me weird which made me uncomfortable. I had to come back to retrieve a personal item and the clerk was openly flirting with me and looking at me weird which gave me creepy vibes. This guy is old enough to be my uncle. This is not okay. At least the tire was okay

Thry will get the job for sure but with 2 guys watching 1 guy working , had a tpms sensor changed and tires rotated , had them off balanced and then sensor changed they rolled them next to the truck and 1 guy worked while 2 watched spent an extra 40 min probably because they just would not pit the tires back on , iv used these guys alot and its really always like this the guy who rings you up does not like to get his hands dirty they would be much more productive if he didnt aet an watch - will find a new tire shop going forward 2.5 hours for a rotate and tpms is crazy when ur the onlt vehicle here!

Service was professional and quick just thought 75 dollars for tire rotation and 1 tire plugged was excessive.

Pay more attention to detail. It matters wirh customers. Also its time to pay someone ti cole abs paint the outside if the building and inside if the lobby. Make it more presentable. Clean up. Be proud of your workplace

If I could give them 10 stars I would! My right rear brake was basically permanently rusted on. They went FAR above and beyond to get my car back to me in one day. They have always done a great job for us and I'd recommend them to anyone for tires and brakes.

The guys are very helpful, respectful, friendly, professional and exceptional. They are real. I was really happy with excellent work that was done on my vehicle. I really recommend Tire Barn warehouse. They don't cheat.

I was just heading home to TN when I got a flat tire. It was about 6 o’clock and all other tire places were either closed or said that they could not help me. Not only did the tire barn help me, they smiled about it and did it quickly. Additionally, they helped me with my tire warning light that the VW dealer seemed to always miss. Great job! Thanks to you, I’ll see my kids tonight!
