? unprofessional!!! I walked in a someone stood up assuming to ask why I was in— when I spoke I was addressed to stop. Fine, however the. When she proceeded to call me back was rude and asked if I was ok? I said yes and proceeded to leave to not speak again. Then after I came back to handle my business I over heard her telling her coworker that she already discussed me and my issue and how I was. No on approached me or greeted me when I entered in due to assuming what was discussed when I left. I was not rude so no reason for the rude discussed. Very unprofessional!

I had went in today to open an account and had the pleasure of receiving help from Hannah. She was extremely professional, informative, prompt,and even personable. She not only made my experience pleasant, but she also made my day brighter. It is rare to interact with anyone who makes you feel heard, accepted, and cared for the way she does. Her hospitality and professionalism is unheard of in today's society.

Greeted by the door with smiles, and the place is great! Came here from the Greencastle branch because they refused to allow my friend to withdraw cash from his account, and they were happy to help! First time I ever truly enjoyed going to a bank, extremely nice staff.

Excellent PNC branch, my favorite to visit. Helpful and friendly staff. Lines are quick and adequate staff at busy times. Opening new accounts were quick and easy. Highly recommended.
