No one offered to help load over 140 pounds of bird seed I purchased. The kicker was the guy that watched me load up the seed, so he could take my shopping cart. I spoke to the head cashier and he didn't seem to care. As well, now you bag your own purchases.

Prior to me going into the store I called Menards and was put on hold for 30 minutes so I decided to go up there instead of continuing being on hold. In the process of remodeling my entire house I have spent a lot of money at Menards in Camby. I picked up my cabinets and unfortunately one of them was cracked the wood was split. As I go into Menards tonight to exchange them. Heidi kept the item upfront, stated she was going to call cabinets, which was Taylor to pull the item.. I go back to cabinets to pick up my Cabinet and Taylor had no clue what I was talking about. She said she needed the cabinet I go back to customer service to pick the cabinet up from customer service take that back to Taylor in cabinets. Unfortunately, the store does not work as a team. Not one team member helps out another department if they’re busy, they’re busy. The manager.Sara that I spoke with honestly didn’t even care. She just said if they’re busy, they’re busy or maybe the radio wasn’t on the same frequency. For my future purchases, I will be taking them to Lowe’s ! I know I’m just another customer, but I will be packaging up a lot of my stuff and returning it to Menards So that I can go to a more friendly store that works as a team to get my House remodeled. Good luck if you go to the Camby Menards!!

I love Menards and shop there often. This is more a review on where they source their counter tops from, Midwest Manufacturing. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. If you go this route for counter tops just buy the store stock stuff and cut it yourself. I could have saved about $300 because I had to fix it all myself anyways. Miters don't line up, sink hole was cut too small (not matching with the template), and the island top was warped and had chips. Their only response to all of the issues is that the warping on the island is normal and the guy said it was because I did not use build up strips and I kept telling him I did and sent pictures. He eventually said they could replace it in 3 or 4 weeks but it will probably be warped too. That's super helpful.

Do not buy any mower, weed eater or anything that takes gas. We bought a weed eater from Lowe’s, didn’t work, asked if we drained the gas, no issue. We get one then from Menards and they say sorry, it’s junk but we can’t take back anything that had gas I. It???? GO TO LOWES!!!! What a joke!

This review is for truckers. Easy in and out, go past main public parking/entrance there's a huge truck entry/guard shack. People here are SUPER nice. Plenty of space to make maneuvers to get in what ever dock they want you in. No on-site parking that I'm aware of but the Wally World next door gave me permission
