“I was looking for a particular rolling tool cabinet that said it was in stock but we couldn't find it. Sabrina from the customer service counter walked the store to help us try to find it and when we couldn't she placed the order for us to pick it up later. The next day I unfortunately found that it had a dent in the bottom corner when I took it back Sabrina helped us again with the return and placing an order for a new. Even said when we pick it up again we will unbox it at the store to make sure it's good. Great customer service all around from a great employee.”

“Omgosh the service we got and continue to get from Wendy in the cabinet and Kitchen department is amazing. We purchased a huge kitchen from her and she was 190 million percent awesome. We just called her for a mudroom redo and she remembered everything about our kitchen and all our preferences. I don't know what Lowes pays this woman but it's not enough. If anyone owns a kitchen shop you should poach her because she's next level good at her Job. If you need a kitchen go see Wendy.”
