We’re set on Milwaukee so we decided to go to Ace because he said whenever Lowe’s doesn’t have something, he goes to Ace and they’re always knowledgeable of their products. Kevin needs a raise!! His name tag said 3 year service star award, a sales associate, and Tool World!”

“I asked for help around paint section to find a bucket to bury for water for my dog. The man showed me where they were and then I said that I had bought them previously and they did not hold water! He offered to go put water in it to test it and found out that it indeed did leak. He then offered to seal it with silicone while I waited! He did not charge for the service and was very helpful!! Way to go out of the ordinary for a customer!”
