Rents being raised. They tried to evict us because we were 3 days late for rent. And was fined 50 dollars and couldn’t wait until I got paid. There is NO maintenance. They will try to evict you over 50 dollars. I’ve had mildew in my apartment for 7 months and the owner can’t do one single thing about it because there’s no maintenance man. My family is so ready to move out of here.

My son and I love it here! Thankfully, he has had a part time job or we could no longer afford to stay. I don't love living in Camby (it's not Indy), but I LOVE these apartments. The gentleman downstairs hates me, but that's ok.

I guess nobody's gonna talk about or mention. The fact that everyone's rent is being raised. Every single year. The new owners have already raised my rent. 2 times since I've been here. If you expect to have extra money living here, think again, you won't have any extra money. They're gonna charge you an arm and a leg. To live here like this place is made of gold. Something has got to be done about the rent inflation.I got an extra thirty five dollars to my check this year and now these guys are going to charge me over a hundred more dollars to be here All we are here is a source of income that they do not have a problem taking advantage of. If everyone here would stand up and say no, we're not paying either. There'd be a lot of homeless people or they wouldn't raise the rent no more. I would like to see how much money they make if everyone from now on boycotts them. No matter what you pay them, it will never be good enough. They will consistently try to pull more money from you For what so they can All Cushion their pockets a little more. And we the people that are making them millionaires are gonna struggle day in and day out When is people gonna have enough and stand up and do something about it?

Almost impossible to get a hold of someone in office and when you go to the office there's never anyone there either. Have been on the wait-list since JULY. Probably not the best place if you need to talk to anyone in person

Want to tell me I can’t have 2 cars. Then accuse me of having someone living with me who is watching my child while I’m at work and he’s on school break. Only been here a few weeks and having issues. Guess I’ll be making some phone calls next week. Don’t recommend this place already. That’s sad. They need to worry about the teenagers walking around in the middle of the night smoking weed on peoples stairs and being loud. Or the loud music and people yelling and screaming early in the morning. Or about domestic disputes and people getting thrown down the stairs. All things I’ve witnessed in the few weeks I’ve been here.

Said they put my name on the waitlist 3 months ago so I called to check my place and I have called before and I was told it hadn’t moved. Now I’m not even on the list? This place is sketchy and absolutely pulled one over on me. Thanks from a struggling single mom of a 5 month old!

All I have to say is I'm beyond excited to be out of these apartments. October can not come fast enough. If you want to pay rent for an apartment but want it to feel like you have a mother breathing down your neck, stalking your every move, these apartments are for you. Let's not forget the neighbors who collect disability or a state check and just sit outside and watch. A sad attempt at a Pleasantville. Also, my downstairs neighbors tend to have a lot of "leaks". but no work orders are left. And nothing is ever found to be the cause in my apartment. Coincidence? I think not. Update, I really hope she got covid and can no longer run this place or passed away.

Hi my name is Zane I have 2 children 1 is going on 3 the other is 7 month old I left a message about our refrigerator going out Friday the work order was not placed until late Saturday evening in the meantime we are losing our food they say they will not do anything about it until Monday so I guess I will lose all of our children's food the maintenance man refuses to come and look at it All they have to do is bring me a if refrigerator from a vacant unit they are not willing to do so I have ice cream that's like Pudding hot dogs are Unfrozen sausage is unfrozen and by Indiana state law a refrigerator outage is an emergency they do not think so so I guess once again I will have to replace all my food that is hard enough at the moment to buy anyways so it has pretty well close to taken them 24 hours to put in a work Order Over a refrigerator outage Now they are telling me I have to wait till Monday to have it looked at

Had a friend recommend these to me, and I called today to see who the property manager was. It’s still Jeri apparently, so just wanted to let people in my position have an updated response. Y’all need to stop letting people treat you like this for real. Demand respect. You all deserve it.

I seriously can't believe that they have a property manager that speaks to people the way she does. Her name is Jerri Wright and she is definitely not professional. Without knowing who I am or anything she racially profiled me and threatened to have me removed off the premises without any provocation from me. It's sad when tenants warn you before you move in about the property manager that abuses her position. I was just looking at the complex to move into but if she(Jerri) is the property manager it's definitely not worth it. I have NEVER met anyone so unprofessional and prejudice in my life. It's a shame that a potentially good place to live gets such low ratings due to poor management. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

This place is a HORRIBLE place to live because of the Manager Jerri....she is very rude to her tennants will promise to update something in your apartment and then never do it. Why the owner of the property puts up with her is beyond me!!!!

as stated in all of the other reviews. Property Manager - Jerri is definitely the reason that you do not want to rent here!
