Came in for a driver side front tire mischievously loosing air. Thought maby it needed to be reset because I couldn't find a puncture and the valve stem was in good condition. They addressed the issue and repaired it at no cost. Turna out there was a nail Imbedded in the tire after all. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you guys great job ???

Took my Tire that’s under warranty in to get patched due to pick up a screw, took to Plainfield Location got 1st patch done okay it’s good to go. Leave go out to my car the next morning tires at 9 psi put air in it spend 3/4 hours waiting on it to get patched again this time at the Camby location. Guess what! Even though two shops and multiple people have worked on this one tire no one verified if the tire wasn’t leaking air after patching….. you know why I know this ??? Tires is at 12 psi this morning! After this my issues I had to fix with my last break job and finding Arby’s in my air vent at the Plainfield location I will never recommend taking any type of vehicle to this company.

Just know going in that if you come in with aluminum valve stem caps, your going home with plastic caps. They get me everytime. No complaints other than that.

This is the best Belle Tire in Central Indiana. You can ask any of the other ones around and they’ll tell you that it’s a 2 - 4 hour wait before they can even service your vehicle. That is not a realistic option when you work 70+ hours a week and depend highly on your car. Here, they have never taken more than 30 mins to get to servicing my vehicle. They are extremely thorough, they give you a detailed description of any problems, and they get the job done quickly. There are 5 closer Belle Tire locations all within 20 minutes of me. This one is almost a 40 minute drive for me, but I would never choose another. It is more worth the gas, mileage, and time to drive to this one than to wait 2+ hours at any other. Choose this location.

Complicated story - essentially it was near closing time and due to other issues, they couldn't help me, but they helped me anyway & there was no charge. So it was awesome as far as bad situations and bad news goes.

This is a terrible place to go I was sitting there a hr & didn't even pull my vehicle in the shop yet They are the worst service I ever experienced I jus needed my tire checked for a leak I got my keys back & left I'll never go there again Pathetic!

Had to replace a tire of mine that had dry roted....I waited 3 hours and after paying 166.00 I drove home. The next morning I drove to an appointment and looked at the tire finding dry rot between the treads as well as tread wear. Their web site boasts trained personnel but I find it strange that they could not tell the difference between a new and used tire. I was told they had new people working. I get it... maybe next time let them change their managers tire. Dry roted tires have a propensity to blow out. Buyer beware

Scammers beware. My daughter went in for an oil change and a tire with a slow leak . They brought her out and showed her a picture about a lugnut lawsuit with Ford that didn't even effect her car but didn't tell her that
And scared her telling her it was a safety thing and she needed new ones. 260 dollars for new ones. Scammers beware

I have always loved Belle tire and referred people to them. However, after today I am not returning. My husband took our son's car in for a tire repair. We had to leave it because they were extremely busy. My husband got a phone call that the car was almost ready but the tires were dry rotted and we should probably get them replaced. The issue is we just had his car serviced at the Honda dealership where we bought it and his car tires were in great condition. The man went on to tell my husband they were having a tire sale if we wanted to take advantage and get 4 tires for just over $700. When my son needs tires we will now just go to costco. I will not be back. I trusted Belle tire because they weren't like other dealers...apparently I was wrong

will never go back to this location. Trever, who was, i’m told, the mgr. of this store..this issue has happened twice to me now at this particular location: brought my truck in for oil change and rotation due to the fact i bought tires there..both times now i have had to sit and wait over 3 1/2 hrs…for an oil change. when i go to check on why its taking so long i always see 6/7 techs standing around doing nothing but smoking cigarettes outside or hem-hawing. this visit however while sitting in the waiting room, at least 5 to 6 customers who came after me, get their vehicles back and my truck is still sitting in the bay, no one working on it. this went on for almost 2 of my 3 1/2 hrs sitting and waiting. finally i just went up to a service writer and demanded my truck back. he kept making excuses but fool me once shame on you..this particular location seems to have a problem waiting on customers who don’t fit what they think a woman should look like…so i’m DONE! i will NEVER go back, nit that this probably even matters to them.
