I’m shocked at the reviews! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve seen Becky, Billie, Lindsey, and Dr. Thomas. I come in with a list and they always listen. I feel heard. Their medical staff listens when I give my history & they’re great at drawing blood! Their front desk really worked with me to get me scheduled with all my restrictions. I highly recommend here!

The positive - staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The negative - they don’t answer their phones, they don’t relay test results, it’s hard to get refills and when they do they send them to the wrong pharmacy.

To start, their hours are listed wrong. They don't start answering the phones until after 8, and when you do finally get a person to answer, they usually have a terrible attitude. I called and wanted to schedule and appointment to see NP Rebecca Strunk, and was told she no longer worked there. I was never informed that my primary care doctor was moving, but nonetheless, I made an appointment to see NP Billie Geise as it was an urgent matter. On the day of my appointment, everything was okay until I saw the NP. I informed her that I had been called for jury duty and due to my severe anxiety, I was unable to serve. I explained to her that since receiving my summons to appear I had developed a multitude of debilitating symptoms such as insomnia, loss of appetite, severe vomiting, and grinding my teeth to name a few. I asked her if I could have a doctor's note to attach to my deferment paper for the judge, and she told me that it would be, "a good life experience," and that I needed to learn to, "deal with the society that I live in." She called me names, such as "weepy" and told me that she would not be writing me a doctor's note, because she didn't think I needed it. Then, she proceeded to prescribe me Zoloft. When I expressed my concerns about taking an antidepressant since I have never been on one, she assured me that Zoloft is NOT an antidepressant. I found out from the pharmacy when I got my prescription filled that Zoloft is, indeed, an antidepressant. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. What kind of doctor lies to their patients? The treatment I received here is unacceptable.

Staff and doctors are very friendly. They are very attentive to what you need. They will do whatever they can to help you. They'll get you in and out so you don't have to wait around all day. Every time you call, someone answers and answers my questions that I have. I highly recommend if you need a doctor or family doctor.

Prescription got sent to Meijer after 2 people including the Dr. Was told that the Prescription was to be sent to CVS. Called and was told it would be better if I corrected their mistake. Seriously man maybe when I make a mistake I'll call them and ask them to correct mine. Come on no customer service whatsoever.

I was horrified at my appointment with Dr. Thomas. If you are in need of help with your mental health, stay far away. He is uncaring and cold.

I have been trying to get through to your telephone for Dr. Strunk. For about a month now. Your phones do not work. I have a 98-year-old mom that I take care of. She needs diabetic needs. The only place that I can get a hold of you is if I get close to you! I have had to hand-deliver, and come back and hand take back things to my employment because your fax and phones don’t work. I have told your staff because I can call you from Springport Indiana but nowhere else. You are missing a lot of people trying to call you and you’re probably causing people to die ,because you need to get your phones fixed! I can’t even get things sent to CVS out of town. And you tell people in the office the phone problem is resolved.. no it’s not!and they act like we’re d**** I’m tired of this ..something needs to be done I am coming there tomorrow ,to find out what the problem is. Thank you

I saw NP Strunk. She couldn't answer any of my questions and said she would get back to me which she never did. I called 3 weeks later. They said I couldn't talk to her without scheduling a visit so I had to pay for a 2nd visit. Meanwhile I got a bill from the hospital where they sent my labs and it cost over $500 for bloodwork. Normally I got to an independent lab and it costs less than $40. She said she would have to refer me to the GYN to answer a simple question regarding a prescription. The GYN sent me to the hospital for needless tests. I now have bills over $2,000! They are just a profit center for the hospital. No one could answer my billing questions. Very frustrating! Will never go back.
