“It's a pretty clean place to stop. They have a Popeye's Chicken along with a Pizza Hut/Taco Bell in a food court type setup. On the other side of the truck stop is the Country Kitchen. I've never had bad service or meal from any of them. It doesn't look pretty on the outside (especially at night), but it's in a small, safe area and you have nothing to worry about.”
“Best chicken in all of Northwest Indiana! Michelle and Monica were super friendly and very approachable. They made me feel like they knew me for 20 years. If you want broaster chicken Only go to Little saver gas station. Their breading is different than the rest of the broaster chickens in the area. The owner does his own recipe for Breading the chicken. I get this for all of my parties and Big catering events. I can’t say enough about it, but it is simply “The Best!”Rob Fun”

Indian owners and alwaysmore personable, down to earth and family like service than going to an American cooperate owned gas station. I will continue to put my money into indian pockets because they have a type of embedded values towards customer service that big cooperations will never have .”

“I was traveling through Indiana and stopped at this quick stop. I've never had such a friendly experience at a gas station or as a matter of fact, anywhere! The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. You can really tell when someone enjoys what they do and likes to interact with people and this guy really did. He made the long trip a little easier just by letting me know there are still some great people in the world!”

“Overall, this is a nice place to do business at. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful (especially the Owner/Manager!), and you can tell that your business is appreciated here. The store is conveniently located next to the Town & Country market, and I like the fact that getting in and out of the lot is pretty easy compared to other gas stations. Fuel pricing is always competitive here as well. The store is usually very clean, organized, and features a good selection of common convenience store items (soda, chips, cigarettes, etc.). A restroom is also available for customer use, and is always very clean. My only complaint about this location is the pricing of grocery items inside the store. Cigarettes, beverages from the cooler, and grocery items are noticeably more expensive than at competitor's stores (ie: Speedway). However, the friendliness of the staff and this store's location usually offset my pricing concerns. I guess I'd rather pay a little extra for quality service whenever possible. Again, this BP is a nice place to do business at, and I do recommend stopping by.”

“Not really sure about how the customer service is on the inside, but one of the things I really appreciate about this location is the car wash. It used to be $4 washes, but the price, of course, went up like everything else.But it's one of the few Family Express locations close by that has the car wash. It comes in handy when you just need your vehicle to look presentable, but don't want to pay a ton of money or you don't want to do it yourself.Also, the other thing I appreciate about their car washes is the fact that it's the type that you drive into yourself. Nothing ever pulls or drags your vehicle along, which may risk messing up your alignment. This is one of the main reasons I prefer the Family Express car washes.”

“Came in to the Pilot on the way home from Brookfield zoo. I've been here several times over the years and the bathrooms have consistently been clean. Being a day trip person, having a spot to go where I know the bathrooms are clean is a must. Pilot stations tend to be consistently clean and they have showers (usually for truckers but I don't think it is exclusively for truckers). The Pilot has lots of snacks including prepackaged, hot meals, and drinks. If you want something more than that, this location also has a Subway and a McDonald's to get you through. Whether you need gas, a bathroom, or even a snack, this gas station is a fine choice.”
