“This gas station was so clean especially the bathrooms!! Also the staff were exceptionally friendly! One was stocking shelves and the other running the cash register helping a gentleman find out how much the lottery was. I will always stop here for drinks and snacks when we drive thru this town!!!”

“I was traveling through Indiana and stopped at this quick stop. I've never had such a friendly experience at a gas station or as a matter of fact, anywhere! The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. You can really tell when someone enjoys what they do and likes to interact with people and this guy really did. He made the long trip a little easier just by letting me know there are still some great people in the world!”

“We stopped here during a road trip from MN-MI and back. Their fuel prices were comparable to other nearby gas stations, inside featured a wide variety of snack and drink items & the bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and quite helpful. Nothing negative to note about this location. Highly recommended! We'd stop here again if we were in this town passing through!”

“I got a job stocking store shelves and cleaning the place in 1968, back before they had all of these dumb restrictions on kids working. It was called "ShortStop" back then. Boy has time flown by. Someday I would like to travel back there and walk around inside. I just loved that job.”

“I had a tiny minor situation at the gas pump which of course things happened but the manager who worked last night was so extremely helpful and helped me in that situation and took care of the problem with ease! I wish I knew that person’s name I didn’t get a good look unfortunately But he was very polite and understanding and didn't make me feel like I was a bother! “Not really sure about how the customer service is on the inside, but one of the things I really appreciate about this location is the car wash. It used to be $4 washes, but the price, of course, went up like everything else.But it's one of the few Family Express locations close by that has the car wash. It comes in handy when you just need your vehicle to look presentable, but don't want to pay a ton of money or you don't want to do it yourself.Also, the other thing I appreciate about their car washes is the fact that it's the type that you drive into yourself. Nothing ever pulls or drags your vehicle along, which may risk messing up your alignment. This is one of the main reasons I prefer the Family Express car washes.”
