Every one of the workers are on something. Nothing is ever stocked, boxes and more are scattered throughout the entire store and even better i’ve gotten grapes from there and noticed today that there was mold all over them, and a DEAD SPIDER. this is ridiculous

This has to be one of the worst ran DGs I've ever been to. Shelves are never stocked, no one around to check you out. Either to busy or outside smoking. Self checkout is down more than it's working. Enter/exit automatic door has been broke for months. Not sure who is in charge of running that store but they are not doing it.
