Robin Foxx went above and beyond to help us get into our new Gladiator Nighthawk even coming in on her day off to deliver our new Jeep. We definitely prefer this dealer over others in our area.
We had very little time to get paperwork done in order to qualify for a bonus. Pete in financing was very good at getting us all the discounts we were entitled to. I will always refer friends and family to Grissom Dodge Jeep Ram.

The people who served in our lease of a 2024 Grand Cherokee, Chris, the Sales Manager, Jace, the Sales person and Pete, the Finance Manager were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the leasing process and were so helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our time there.

It took two trips with each being 2 hours. They had to order parts, but everything was covered by the power train warranty. The second appointment turned into longer because they needed an additional part, so they had a very nice gentleman drive me home and when the car was finished the next day, they called to say my car was fixed and they sent to gentleman back to pick me up. The service department has great people who are friendly and efficient! I now know about their pick up and delivery services and will be using them! They did have water, juice and a few snacks in their waiting room, but they definitely need to upgrade their seating to more comfortable chairs and maybe even a TV!!

Amazing experience with Jace Bixler! My work schedule makes it difficult to spend much time at a dealership. Jace was able to take care of all my questions, wants and needs through email and text making the pick up of my new Compass quick, easy and painless. This is my second purchase with Jace and I will continue to only deal with him and Grissom. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had the best experience buying a new car from Telmon. We have a toddler & are expecting our second in November. With my husband being 6’6” our options were limited as we knew we needed to be able to fit a car seat behind him. He made sure we felt heard & was extremely knowledgeable about every car that might best suit our needs. He was patient throughout the whole process & we never felt rushed. We will be back in a few years to get my husband a new car as well! Thank you all :)
Update: after 15 days of owning our brand new Jeep, it stopped starting completely. It has been sitting at the nearest dealership since July 15 & they are unable to diagnose & fix the Jeep. They have now reached out to Jeep’s engineering team. We were sold a brand new yet defective & inoperable vehicle from Jeep. Buyers, beware.
