I had an issue with my Maytag dryer that I purchased from them 3 years ago. They sent out a very capable and friendly service technician, and he repaired it very quickly. very satisfied customer.

We bought a new Whirlpool gas stove/range at Menards and after having it installed and converted to LP (not by Stuckwisch) there were flames shooting 4 inches high - up thru the slots in the bottom of the oven. Whirlpool sent a company out of Greenwood and the technician admitted to not “really working much on gas ovens” and he left the oven in worse condition by changing the Air Shutter in an attempt to get the flames to change from yellow to blue. There was now a loud roaring noise coming from the oven and there were still flames although they were maybe an inch or so and he said he would have to call Tech Support but not while at our house because he would sit on hold for an hour. While I appreciated his candor, I felt the oven was not safe to use. I called Whirlpool again and they set up an appointment with Stuckwisch and Andy (owner) came within a few days and was able to complete the conversion from Natural Gas to LP. Which apparently was the problem. There was one step that appears to be incorrect in the Installation Booklet having to do with the pressure regulator. The conversion from Natural Gas to LP is reversed in the Installation Booklet. Andy obviously has extensive knowledge of LP Conversion. His shop is located in Brownstown and he comes to our area weekly which takes approx one hour to drive each way. He was pleasant, friendly and we were relieved to feel confident in the set-up. I would definitely recommend his company. I read reviews about a rude customer service lady answering the phone when you call - and I did have a similar encounter but she was efficient at setting the schedule, asked all the right questions and that’s good for me. If you want an experienced repair man you should give this company a call.

Great place for appliances! Owners and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Service people are very. helpful . Prices are extremely reasonable. Cant beat buying from local people! Would highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars i would. They don't show up for scheduled appointments and the woman who answers the phone is the absolute rudest person I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Still waiting for a call back as to why no one showed up for my appointment ON MONDAY! STILL no call back and it is now Thursday.

0 stars if I could. They were dispatched by LG to replace the display on my 1,300$ convection oven for intermittent digits not illuminating on the time portion of the display. First they said photos would work as documation of the issue, then later the girl answering the phone called back after talking to the owner/technician and said if when they come out to my house if the display is working then, that they would not be replacing the part and I would owe 85$ for a service call.I told her that I'm glad its just an oven, not an engine in a car that's leaving me stranded on the highway, but starts up after you tow it to the dealer. That must of struck a nerve, I was then hung up on.

We were initially dispatched for a call of the panel not illuminating fully. Appointment was set with the customer. Then customer called back to say it was illuminating all the way now but still wanted us to come diagnose. We cannot diagnose an issue when it is working and per LG, if no issue is found at time of appointment, the customer is responsible for the service fee. LG's policy, not ours, and this was relayed to Mr. Applegate. The customer was advised that he should keep his appoinment, which was/is in 4 days from notice of unit working, and IN THE MEANTIME, he could take photos or video if the unit/display went down again and that appointment date has not arrived yet. We will not order parts for a unit when it is working and bill the manufacture, when no issue can be found. Mr. Applegate, LG will be notified on our end and will be told to find a different servicer for you in the future. You were not hung up and you did not "strike a nerve". We are sorry you did not like what we had to say about the issue but we will not be unethical.

They did a great job diagnosing and repairing my washing machine. Their rates were much better than nearby competitors. The only downside is that they’re booked several weeks out so there is a long waiting period.

Scheduled an appointment for today from 12-4pm. Called them at 3:50pm and was told because a 3rd party scheduled it they had no idea.Then proceeds to try and schedule a different day. I left work early and waited for yall for over 4 hours. I don't want to reschedule or have anything to do with your company.
