Horrible how can you charge double what Duke energy charges yet you can't even keep the lights on during a little rainstorm it's literally drizzling and my power is out again I just don't understand why are we paying more money then Duke energy's customers and their electric stays on during massive storms I think you need to get your stuff together and start figuring out how to put all the money people pay you into better equipment and faster response times to when the power goes out I think it's time to go solar!!!!!! And anyone I've every talked to on the phone with temc has been straight up rude like excuse me you think because your the only electric company that serves the country parts of Indiana that you can talk to customers how ever you wantttt !!! NO we pay you not the other way a round

They cut my power off on the 13th and my bill wasn’t due until the 24th when I asked about it they said that they couldn’t do anything until a reconnection fee was paid even though they cut it off early I wouldn’t suggest living anywhere where they service

I've never had a problem with my service, but I've also never paid such an outrageous amount either. Never thought I'd miss Duke.

HORRIBLE! Disconnect you IMMEDIATELY ove 90 cents but take half the day to turn it back on. a process that should take 30 mins MAX.

Can not contact them to order security light. If someone wanted new service they can't get thru the options they provide on their phone.

Arrogant and rude contractors failed to show up on time and when was scheduled to do so and the office personnel for fiber optic was just as rude and unprofessional

As an electrician of 5 years this was the absolute best service I’ve ever received for an on- off disconnect and they actually stuck around and helped! Brian was too notch super professional kind and curious and won’t be forgotten. Please continue your process as Brian was superb

I have been without power for over 4 hours. The electric is outrageously expensive yet the infrastructure must be awful as power outages are so frequent and then repairs so slow. Invest some money is keeping things up to date or some information after all these outages would be nice

I have been a Jackson County REMC Customer since November of 1993. Customer service has always been very good. I have never had any problems/issues with any employee. Their repair people are on the Job quick as possible.I'm also an REMC Fiber Customer now.

Everybody that works there is great, I’ve had them come out and cut trees down for me I’ve had them install fiber and everything they do is been done excellent they get the power back on when it’s off they just do an outstanding job thank you‘

Easily the most ethical company I’ve dealt with. Their Internet is unmatched- I live wayyyyy in the country and have had one issue that they knew about and were fixing before I even noticed it! Cannot recommend them enough.
