This store is packed and takes an hour to get through the lines at 2pm. I hate this store and would go to Indy first !!

Honestly I've lived 20 years m. I'm sustainable so I use my own bags...it's like I'm an alien , they look at me like they have never seen anything other than plastic and they are rude!! Not just passive rude but rude as if they don't care. You must really not care about service because between the baggers and cashiers I dong know how is worse. I'm a restaurant manager who works 60 plus hours a week so when I shop I expect some knowledge from the ppl who work there. Just some feedback I know you won't use it or care but I had to tell you

Went to the Kroger store here at Brownsburg and was charged full price on four sales item last week. When I called the store they said to bring in the receipt and they would take care of it. We did that this morning and we were treated so rudely at the information desk. They argued over what we wanted a refund for. It was for a total of a whole five (5) dollars!!! The man behind the counter handed us a five dollar bill and waved us on and said he would take care of it this time like we were lying about what we were wanting. So rude. If there was another grocery store in this town we would go there.

The parking is terrible, and even worse for the seniors & elderly. 3/4 of the time you have to park at the Wendy's. The whole dam store is over crowded with customers and restocking clerks. Full service check out is a nightmare, there's not enough cashiers, and the ones they do have are over worked. SHAME on Kroger for purchasing the old Marsh and lying to the Town of Brownsburg and public on reopening that store. Kroger you made a commitment to the people of Brownsburg when you purchased that store and now your recanting the trust, we the customers had with you.

With how Kroger has screwed the south end of town over you have lost a costumer for good. Horrible business practice. You need reconsider ur choice bc you just pissed off anyone that side of town.

I rarely post things but my experience at the Brownsburg Kroger tonight put me over the edge. Worst customer service ever and I have committed to never shopping at a Kroger again. I will drive twice as far to shop at Meijer in Whitestown instead. I have been shopping at the Brownsburg Kroger for over 20 years and when I forgot my license and credit cards at home tonight with my phone, I wrote a check instead.

One day before Christmas Eve, I ran in for a couple of items. I left and moments well across the parking lot later, this voice behind asks if I left my eggs. Cashier Danielle actually came out looking for me....when I left her line, it was growing, so no doubt she took a risk of frustrating customers. However, Everyone outside who saw it remarked at how SWEET or NICE that was. I certainly appreciated not getting home and realizing I left something I had gone into the store for in the first place! Thank you for hiring such conscientious employees![

My friend, who just had a double masectomy, went into your Brownsburg, IN location yesterday and was checking out at the self check out. An employee of yours, who was running the self check out, announced to everyone she wouldn't be caught dead "wearing something like that." My friend continued checking out, not realizing the employee was talking about her, until she left and saw the girl staring. The employee then made a post on fb saying she's seen it all and called my friend, who was finally feeling decent about herself since the double mastectomy, fat. My friend then called your store and was basically told nothing would be done about it. She called corporate who offered her 300 fuel points. Is that really how you handle your employee taking away someone's dignity. I would be embarrassed if I were you!
