There's an older woman who works here in the morning, and she's rude for no apparent reason. I brought in an Amazon return, and she told me I needed to provide my own box. I said I would return with a box later. When I came back, another associate told me the label no longer worked because she didn’t void the transaction, and they can’t locate what she did with the label. While they are telling me this, the woman that did this was literally standing right there acting like she wasn't hearing what was going on... probably because she put the label in the trash. I now have to contact Amazon to get a new label, which is a major hassle because it's hard to get them to understand what is going on if it's not simple. Why work in customer service if you have a bad attitude and try to make things more difficult for people...

Not a friendly place. Interacted with a young guy behind the counter just now while returning an Amazon pkg and he acted like he was doing me a big favor. I was carrying a big box and they made no move to open the door for me. I showed up at 11.30 on Sunday and they open at 12.00. The same guy was behind the counter and could not come to the door and tell me they open only at 12.00. He made a point of ignoring me. I don't know why but most of these UPS places have terrible customer service

My Amazon return was very quick and easy, there are loads of locations, and I’ve never had poor customer service at any location. TJ was very helpful and friendly in taking care of my return, and all 3 employees present worked well together as a team. I’ll happily come back to this location.

TJ, made a really frustrating return feel easy and showed a lot of patience and kindness, when I could have been made to feel really poopy about having a difficult return. He worked happily to figure it out and all as a new hire. Best costumer service I’ve had in a really long time. Took the time to figure it out without making me feel annoying or rushed. Much appreciated. :~)

I have visited this UPS store several times in the past few weeks and I have been greeted in a friendly manner on every occasion. Xavier was very helpful and knowledgable. They also have self serve stations that you can return your Amazon packages at if you prefer (they are pretty self explanatory and easy to use). Clean and nice place.

All the new renovations made the place seem modern and super open which is nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well, which is a MASSIVE bonus!

Unbelievable that they charge $2.40 Per Page to FAX something that only costs them 1 page of confirmation.
And THEN my confirmation page is BARELY LEGIBLE BECAUSE THEIR TONER IS LOW. I paid more than I would pay for a soda for this sheet of paper and it isn't even READABLE. Thanks for all the help /s.
Don't come here to use the Fax Machine. Definitely go to the Library or anywhere else.
