So my wife and I are moving to Virginia and while my wife was getting her nails done, I decided to go to Stout's to look around and see if they had any boxes they'd be willing to part ways with. Not only did they give me boxes, they gave me a Starbucks gift card!!! If that isn't SUPERUB customer service, I don't know what is!!! Stout's Brownsburg is where it's at!!!

I visited the Brownsburg location. I received the best customer service that I have experienced in years from any retail establishment. They had an adequate selection and stock of shoes and accessories. The assistant manager, Hannah, was very knowledgeable and patient while I tried on several different styles and types of shoes. I highly recommend this location.

We went in to get shoes for both kids, one salesperson working. We were supposed to be next, but when another woman came in the salesperson went straight to help her, ignoring us. We walked out and will order the shoes online.
