This is the worst Sports Clips ever! I sat forever - more than 15 minutes longer than estimated - while two of the stylist left; running out the door like they 'would hurry.' Lunch couldn't wait while 7 of us were sitting and waiting? I had to leave without a haircut! I love Sports Clips, but I will never come back to this one!
Stylist: Very non-responsive!

This place is a joke. The whole online check in process vs. walk-in model makes no sense when the stylists are terrible at communicating. The TV in the lobby was blaring loud and 2 elderly gentlemen clearly hard of hearing got belittled by one stylist when she called one of their names because he could not hear her. Angelique was extremely rude when I got up to look at the board for the order of haircuts and had an attitude because she was so busy. The most unwelcoming and rude experience just for a simple haircut. I wouldn't come here if the haircuts were free.

Mollie is awesome she makes sure I'm very happy with my hair cut . And always ask again to makesure my beard is cut even before I leave. Also all the lady's in this shop are very nice keep the great job up.

Service is Horrible! It will our first and last..., Since it's our first, nobody tried to let us know, we need to check-in by ourselves in the computer, well, need to figure it out ourselves, after other customers did it and they go first before us. Then, we waited for almost an hour to have our haircut! Wow.., and all the stylist were so chatty, it seems nobody cares that there's lot of customers waiting... :-( .. and if you give a lesser tip , they won't give you coupons,,, :-( so? Goodbye ! won't be coming back !

Great group of stylist. Mollie has cut my hair twice so far and I definitely plan on coming back. She didn’t just do what I asked; she gave suggestions that made real improvements. Really chill atmosphere as well

Terrible haircut. Stay away. They need more skilled barbers. These ladies in here are just jacking peoples hair up and charging too dollar for it. These are cosmetologist not BARBERS!!! What experience I’ve ever had getting a haircut !! Won’t be back !!

Made appointment for a specific time with specific stylist. Was there 10 minutes prior to our time with the stylist. We were next in line 15 minutes past appointment time. Then the stylist I made the appointment with came available. She took another person waiting prior to us because the other stylist disappeared somewhere. So then we left because our wait time went to 22 minutes. . Horrible system

I am LIVID! My mom took my son for a haircut today while i was at work and they seriously let him walk out the door like this! WTH?!?! He is HUMILIATED and this now I have to scramble around to try and get this fixed so hes not embarrassed walking into school on monday. Absolutely do not bring your children here. This is completely unacceptable. My wedding is in a month! How am i supposed to fix this before then?! I will be in tomorrow for a refund.

They took so long to sit me and I showed them a fluffy hair type of style and told them to cut a eighth of a inch off now I had about 6 inches of hair on the top now I have like a quarter of a inch it was so bad I started crying then the person who cut me had the audacity to ask if I like it. They are going to have to put me on suicide watch because it was that bad

Wonderful experience! They were able to work me in as a walk in! I am very pleased with my haircut! Maybe nextime I'll get the full treatment; shampoo, haircut & message! Thumbs up! ??
