Stellar customer service! If they do not have a particular item I need they offer to order it. My pup loves shopping here and enjoys all the attention she gets. In a time where customer service has fallen by the wayside, it's nice to shop where they value your business.

Just moving to the area with a dog who eats a raw diet, Speck’s special ordered what we needed and continues to have it available when I need it. A wide variety of pet supplies available, a great resource!!

The employees and manager are very friendly and helpful. Several times, they helped me to find specific items and shared great suggestions. They really care about animals too!

You would think that when you walk into a pet store the employees are at least somewhat educated on pet care. None of the attendants knew how to take care of a goldfish! How can one work at a pet store and not know how to take care of a goldfish?!! Dr. Speck would be disappointed.

It's very homey here not a huge box store, they are friendly and helpful. The twice monthly nail trim is just the best, my dog is well taken care of. There are plenty of treats for dogs under 3 dollars and inexpensive toys. They could more parrot accessories though. The bath area is great!!

Such a nice place! Not a giant box store but just right. Good selection. Could use more of a selection of bird accessories like chew toys for med/lrg birds. Baths are very convient and clean! Staff friendly but not houndy and hovering. Very clean and tidy store. I love the value of the nail trim service! She is so awesome with my doggies! Great job guys!!
