The staff at this location are phenomenal! Usually when I stop in, I'm returning an Amazon package to Kohls and am just killing time afterwards. I have yet to leave without buying something from Sephora due to the energy and helpfulness of some of the girls there. They're always quick to help color match and answer any questions with a friendly attitude. One of my favorite sephoras by far!

The Cologne selection is good and the prices more reasonable than the Mall. Ypu can use your Kohls charge here, so bonus! And there's a great selection of skin care lotions although those are Through the roof expensive! But, like most things...you get what ya pay for!! Good Stuff!!

My gripe is more with one employee; not the store. The store is always clean and MOST of the staff is very helpful and welcoming.
This time, however, I went in to return a product, and was told that I couldn’t because there was no receipt. Sephora’s policy allows returns/exchanges with no receipt, as long as the employee can find your transaction in the system.
The young girl that was there, a brunette wearing a brown fuzzy jacket, was very very rude. She was sitting on the counter and didn’t get off to answer my question, and she refused to look up my transaction in the system. I wasn’t going to get any help anyway, so I left the store without purchasing OR returning anything.

I must admit...I am obsessed with makeup.More important, I love this Sephora location! The people that work here are always so helpful and seem like they genuinely WANT to help. My teen daughter and her bestie are usually with me and are always eager to check out the latest products. And being new to makeup, it's great that they can ask those workers all the questions. On a recent trip I needed to find a specific shade and brand of blush for a bday girl and I couldn't find it. But I asked the woman working (I wish I would have got her name) and she looked on the shelf and the stock drawer for it, and after not seeing one, she went upstairs to the actual stock room to find it for me. I was so grateful and it might be a small gesture to some, or even her just doing her job, but workers at a lot of places can't even be bothered to try and help customers these days.??️ ?

I have been in a few times recently. Unable to find staff for questions. Walked the entire store to only see the two cashiers and 2 people at customer service. I bought over $200 worth of clothing, and when I went to wear the clothing, 2 items still had the security tags on them. I had already taken the price tags off, and if it weren't for having the receipt, they wouldn't have taken the ink tags off. The cashier gave me the dirtiest looks and took forever, like I was the person in the wrong. It also makes it very hard when you only take so many outfits for travel, and now you have two items that can not be worn. I will be long time before I shop here again.

I had an interview today over the phone. At 12:00 pm the store manger Kevin Hadley called me 12 minutes late which at the time I was not able to answer. The voicemail he left me was "Kevin calling for an interview... what a dumbass" I then call the store to get cooperates number and they gave me the wrong number..... continued to ask me if I was still interested in doing an interview too.... Like no thank you.. horrible management
