First time in the store, bought a vortex red dot for my turkey gun. Once home, it wouldn’t power up, even after a battery swap. Rather than make me deal with the warranty, Premier allowed me to exchange the item for a new one the next day, which worked perfectly. Great store, great staff, great inventory. Highly recommend.
