“The staff at this location are phenomenal! Usually when I stop in, I'm returning an Amazon package to Kohls and am just killing time afterwards. I have yet to leave without buying something from Sephora due to the energy and helpfulness of some of the girls there. They're always quick to help color match and answer any questions with a friendly attitude. One of my favorite sephoras by far!”

“I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. I go in to browse all the time and I've never had a bad experience. Great music, great product, and the employees especially make it a fun environment. They're not afraid to talk and laugh with each other and customers, and they truly make you feel comfortable and welcome. They always upsell product really well, causing me to spend more money, but that just means they're good at what they do. I usually prefer to shop online at most places, but I always go in store to see these guys. If you're ever in the area and need a little fun, be sure to stop by.”

“I love Old Navy. I felt a little bad because when I got to the counter today the associate's tag said "in training" and I kinda put her through the ringer. I had half my order in person and the other half online because they didn't have my size in stock. Savannah was so knowledgeable though and did everything I asked just right. “Love the new self check out! Usually the line takes forever and I feel bad for the employees having to call their manager for questions about products or what not. I love now when you type your number in the self check out it shows you all the possible deals or Kohls cash you can use so I don’t have to fumble around with my phone and connecting to the WiFi anymore.”

“I never used to shop at OldNavy before but when I heard they had started stocking true plus sizes, I had to go see for myself. What I realized is that for plus sizes you have to shop online to find stuff. However, I have found loads of plus size items on the clearance racks in store both in Avon and Plainfield. I will say some of the sizes are way bigger than typical so you're always guessing whether you need to size up, size down or buy true to size. I've bought my size, larger and smaller with varying results. The staff in store have always been nice and friendly and will always let you know if you have credits to use.”
