Great service, Kevin, you and your team have always taken very good care of my cars.
Especially my Kia. I would never have thought it would last this long ( 318,000 miles and still going)but it has and I thank you and your team. The longer it lasts the more money I make. Keep up the good work and again thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Mears, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. Communication was clear and timely, with regular updates on the progress of the repair. The turnaround time was remarkably quick, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It's rare to find a mechanic who combines such technical expertise with outstanding customer care. I highly recommend Mears to anyone in need of reliable and efficient auto repair services. They have earned another loyal customer.

Whenever my neighbors ask for a mechanic recommendation, I always send them to Mears. I've recently needed them to help with an older car that I inherited and they have been awesome. They work with honesty and integrity.

Take your vehicle here for repairs first before the franchise locations if you are in the Hendricks county area.
I had a mini van start making an unfortunate noise while driving several weeks ago. Took it to a chain location in the area. They misdiagnosed the issue. After management there admitted they aren't designed for engine work, we went to Mears. They diagnosed it properly, indicating unfortunately an engine rebuild or new engine. Given the positive track record of our van, we initially agreed to have them search for an engine. Several weeks go by and unfortunately they couldn't come up with an engine they felt would meet our needs and their integrity standards. Though we couldn't come up with a solution and we now have the van back, here is what I'd like to specifically highlight.
1. They originally hoped changing the timing belt and water pump would correct the deficiency. It didn't. They did NOT charge us for that repair. That says integrity to get it right for the customer.
2. They didn't charge us a search fee for the engine or a lot storage fee for the time they looked for an engine. Others could easily take money. They seem to seek clients for the long haul, not the short gain.
3. We called A LOT to check on the progress. Each and every time they were polite, attentive and patient.
They have our loyalty. You should go check them out if you need auto work completed.

Mears has repaired mine and my wife’s vehicles for about the last ten years and I feel fortunate to have found them. They do good work, they’re honest and get me in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone needing mechanical repairs to their vehicles.

Liars and thieves. They cause more damage than they repair. Be prepared to have more issues than you ever knew existed with your vehicle after bringing it to Mears in Brownsburg. It took threatening them with a lawsuit for them to finally admit their wrongdoing. They stripped out my oil pan. Will recommend ANY automotive service before ever returning to this Mears

I got my transmission replaced through car shield and installed by mears auto around January 2023. Around March of 2023 the transmission started leaking. I called mears and they said they would look at it. They determined there was a leak and said they would fix it no charge because they didn't want to deal with car shield again(this is where I messed up by agreeing to that). Three months later I am seeing leaks on my driveway again. I take it back to mears and they tell me that it is the transfer case not the transmission. I take it to another shop and they don't see any transfer case leaks and some how there isn't any transmission leaks. April 9 2023 I go to bill estates Chevy to get an oil change and they see the transmission leaking. I call car shield and they tell me to take it back to the shop where I had the original claim. Mears auto tells me that car shield will not cover the leaks. I tell car shield there were leaks occuring 3 and 6 months after it being installed. Car shield tells me if mears sealed a leak after install and didn't report it to them they have no record of a leak issue with the transmission(makes sense) and cannot support a claim after warranty has expired. I tell the guy at the front desk that I was screwed me over because you guys didn't want to report it to car shield last year. He just said he had no intention to screw his customers. So basically he felt his business did nothing wrong by not telling car shield about the sealed leak last year. Unbelievable. So now I'm stuck with an transmission leak that wasn't properly fix last year by Mears auto.

They do a great job and fix the ALMOST any car issue extremely well, But the downside to Mears is that they are a little pricey. You get what you pay for though so I understand fully. I have little to no complaints outside I wish that they could be a little cheaper or provide a points or "frequent flyer" system for people who bring their cars there regularly (kind of like a Kroger Card or Speedway Card). I give Mears a grade of A and recommend them (they are also kind and considerate for the most part).

Troy, Tom, and Bob diagnosed my issues being the result of bad tires and malalignment... tires replaced and front end aligned, can't believe the difference...

This is beyond one of the nicest collision centers in the Fishers area. The staff are extremely helpful, and literally take their time with every single step or option. They also treat you with respect.
