One star because I cannot leave zero stars. MM is lacking in professionalism and basic customer service. The front desk receptionist attempts a fake friendliness but the overall vibe for this place is intolerance. I watched this same receptionist treat the person I was with so much more respect than I was shown, until she realized we were together. Oops!!
The employee giving the estimate acted as though he couldn't have been more annoyed. Seems like such an odd way to greet a potential paying customer. He was rude, unfriendly and lacking in basic manners, not to mention customer service.
I am extremely underwhelmed with waste of time that was visiting this company. I would never trust them with anything to do with my vehicle. Not to mention the overpriced quote that was basically thrown at me with no explanation. Visiting this location and having to interact with these people has truly been the worst part of my day. It's clear they have no idea how many reputable body shops exist within a two mile radius of their shop? I do not live in Indy anymore but am privy to the unacceptable small mentality that is many times found in towns like this. For some reason I thought things would be different in 2024. Yet here we are.
I suggest going to Indy Color for your collision needs. They are immediately kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming to all customers. Their pricing is much more logical.
I say venture just a few miles down the street and you will find superior service. No customer should have to beg for reasonable customer service when they plan to spend thousands of dollars. There are other body shops.
Writing a review for this place was imperative and I hope this saves you a few minutes.
MM your intolerance is showing.

I would have been contacted directly rather than me taking more time out of my schedule to explain a situation that I consider to be succinctly written in the first portion of my review. Especially since all of my contact information was clearly indicated on the estimate.
First impressions are lasting.

My experience with this body shop was extremely disappointing. My car was promised by July 10th, but the completion date was delayed multiple times without proper communication. (Ended up getting it the 26th of July, I dropped my car off the begging of June.) I had to proactively call them for updates, including on the original deadline, as they kept me so little informed. At one point, they incorrectly claimed my car’s battery was fried and tried to charge me for a replacement, only to later say it was fine. (Literally an hour later after I told them I had receipts in my Hyundai app of the doors and lights being on for 15 hours at a time, mostly overnight when they weren't open)
Additionally, I sent a formal written letter to Drew, the shop manager, detailing my concerns, and over a week later, I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and transparency throughout the entire process was unacceptable. The delays and confusion caused significant inconvenience, including additional expenses for a rental car. Given the unprofessional and frustrating experience, I decided to write this review to share my experience. To my surprise (because I was under the impression it was a reputable company) the BBB told me I’m not the first to report an experience like this from M&M.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

M&M Auto Body Repair in Brownsburg, IN did an awesome job on my car….. it looks brand new! They were communicative, flexible and professional. My car was completed in a reasonable time. My car had been cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Thank you M&M for a great experience!

M&M body shop does outstanding work! Someone backed into my car and ruined my front bumper and headlight. They have replaced both, and my 15 year old car looks brand new in that area. I’m stunned. They’re super helpful and coordinated everything with my insurance so that I didn’t have to think or do much during the whole process.
