Terrible experience. One cashier had to use self check out. When I returned home noticed my 30% discount did not come off. Tried chat on website, terrible. Called Briwnsburg store was told they did see I should get 30%. Told had to return back to store to fix. They told me 30% off doesn't work on self check out.Back to store 1 customer service person line all long. Customer service took my items and completely reversed it and did come up a little lower price but not 30%. Then customer service told me no discount because items had a carrot sign on receipt. Name brand items! I said why the little difference when re-rung. The customer service person missed ringing up one of the items already put in sack. Terrible service and a lot of extra time driving to return items. Self checkout is a joke. Chat on website is a joke. Customer service in that store is a joke. Terrible service!

I wanted a sweatshirt and sweatpants and nobody had them because it’s summer. Kohl’s had them and I bought them and was very pleased. The weather here in Indiana was very cold for July and all I had was shorts and flip flops.
