I work with an affiliated company for this provider, yet excuses over " health care restraints and lack of appointment, I could NOT get my son in to have them give him 3 shots he needed.' We are not accepting new patients'Well, because of who I work for, you will. So thanks for lying to meSupposedly, a fine healthcare system. Guess not. St. Vincent is anxiously better.

Our family sees Dr Glover at the Brownsburg location and she is FANTASTIC. The whole organization is run very well. Nurses are smart and efficient. There is a lab in the building so you can get your labs done in house. The best part is that they use MyChart so it's very easy to install the app on your phone and communicate with them securely and get your test results and request prescription refills. Haven't had any weird billing mishaps, and scheduling is very easy. I honestly can't think of any negatives here. Great job, Hendricks Regional!

Very Poor Medical Care. Anyone including unqualified nurses and office managers that don’t know your medical history give false information about medication you are on, even removing medication from your medication list stating you were never on it. My life was at risk when my blood pressure was 153/103 and medication I was on for 3/4 years was removed from my medication list. They also disobey the Hipaa Law and discuss your medical history with the pharmacy without your signed permission. I would not recommend this practice for adults or children needing medical care.

Dr John Kersteff and his staff at both the Plainfield and Brownsburg offices are great. Dr Kersteff is always professional and courteous.
