We have used Hoosier Groomer for our girl Reggie for about 4-5 years now. If you are looking for a groomer, look no further. Their staff and care has been nothing short of amazing. Reggie cannot stand her nails being touched and they handle it perfectly. They are so nice and accommodating and send you alerts/texts for confirmations of appts and when your grooming is done!

Called to make sure of appointment and confirm went to Hoosier Groomer , door was locked. I called again no one answered or returned my phone calls. Will not recommend to anyone. Could have at least called and I would have rescheduled if needed. I've found someone else who got me scheduled in and sent a confirmation.

I dropped my dog off at 11:20am at Hoosier Groomer today. April (owner) told me my dog would be finished between 2:30 and 3:00. I returned to Hoosier Groomer at 2:50 and waited to hear from April. I saw one of the groomers in the parking lot at 3:45 and asked if he knew if my dog was finished. April came out a few minutes later and when I asked why she didn’t call or text to let me know she was running behind: she began yelling at me telling me the dog before mine s*** all over the place - she’s been cleaning it up, has 10 dogs waiting etc. She threatened to bring my dog out half finished. I told her I was going out of town in a few days and really needed the dog groomed. She said the dog would be ready in 30 - 45 minutes and I was not to bring the dog back to her.
