I love this store and the individuals in it. Very sweet and they do their best. They do have some inconsistencies and they don't have the retail expertise associated with high-end department stores. Come into this store with a smile (it puts the employees at ease and they can perform to a higher degree which is successful foryou and them), be patient (this is aplace you MIGHT find just want you want but most likely to find what you didnt know you wanted or needed), and be grateful for what you have. This line of Goodwill stores have been established and are founded in helping lift up others not by giving out but by helping stay up with opportunities to work, learn and succeed in life. Goodwill Industries caters to high risk populations who just need alittle assistance and an environment that reassures them when they try their best. They accept donations because it gives individuals a regular job to learn social interactions with customers, retail experience and mathematics in action. It also offers higher education opportunities offered at free or reduced rates to this same demographic loving people who want to succeed in life just like you are. So be excited that you found more than the same item and be grateful that one is cheaper than another....not upset that some are higher priced. If you can buy it, buy it. If you can't, don't. But leave the store a little brighter and happier than when you walked in. These people are GOOD PEOPLE. They aren't perfect, but so am I, you and every person waling the earth today. Be kind, be patient, be positive. It's the key to happiness.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I'll make an exception. On Saturday May 13th, I went with my daughter just to pass some time like I always do. I got a bunch of stuff but one porcelain figurine wasn't priced so I told the cashier that we wanted to take it but it didn't had a price sticker for which she called the manager. He told me he couldn't sell it to us because it wasn't priced and he couldn't do it for us; my daughter which is non verbal was reaching for the figurine and looking at him, and he didn't do anything. He just kept on saying that it was from the grab bags and couldn't price it ( that was a lie from him, because I took the figurine from the shelves in the back, not from the grab bags, even if it was from the bags he could sell it to us with no problem) it was just a ? move from his part.I just hope someone reads this entire thing and see my frustration, not for me, but for my daughter that was waiting for the figurine to get priced and returned to her hands.

I won't go back for awhile. I bought two pair of shorts for $3.99. Another pair of shorts didn't have a tag on it. The lady called for a price and I was told those shorts were $4.99. Why the difference? I didn't buy them and told them it was because the others were only $3.99. I guess the people at Goodwill can just make up any price they want whether it's appropriate or not.

So sad. Their executives are paid hundreds of thousands each off the sales of overpriced donated items under the guise of uplifting the marginal populations. They do very little to advance or educate. Please donate to a real charity not a billion dollar company that underpays their employees.

The prices are too high for a company that gets all their goods donated to them and are supposed to be helping the community. They are ripping people off. Used tshirts for $5. Games with beat up boxes the same price as new games. Its a disgrace. They even took away senior and military discounts during a recession.

Not sure about this store .Had a pair of boots with two differant prices left one had 14.99 and the right had 9.99 on it .Manager says there 14.99 I ask why it had two differant prices , she says it happens. My other half ask a young boy if he could bring up popcorn popper we wanted , him and the cashier giggled ...My other half is having surgery tomorrow, hernia surgery, and is not suppose to left anything.Brownsburg parents please make sure your kids that work there , have curious manners . The manager is not teaching them that .

The Brownsburg Goodwill has a fairly balanced selection of items and clothing. When it comes to Goodwill stores generally speaking I almost always find something useful.
