went in to buy an xbox series x and was doing a trade in for it. i didnt have a controller for a console i was trading in and the man that helped me(Dylan) said it would cost me not having that controller. so i go home and get it then come back. all around he saved a lot of wasted money i didnt know i was gonna lose. definetly deserves some attention!

Too bad I couldn't do a zero star.Bought a ps5 18 months ago, got the extended warranty thru gamestop.Fast forward to this week...Ps5 stops working, get receipt and box and take back in, they say that it is out of warranty.Playstation covers the device for first year, the warranty I bought covers past it from year 1 into year 2. They said that they can't warranty it cause it is out of warranty with them. I've bought lots of things thru the years at gamestop...you have lost a loyal customer for 2+ decades.

Like most GameStop's, this one has less games and more toy figures and movie memorabilia statues. I miss the old Genesis that actually had walls and floors filled with games and accessories for consoles! Their resale prices are just stupid. I can go on PlayStation store and buy the same game ( new) for less. If you have disc games sell them elsewhere for better prices.

Store closes at 7 and we were pushed out the door at 5:55 and gates closed

Either my watch is not properly working or this location is not staying open but a couple of hours per day. We've attempted to go to this location three times in the last two weeks between 6-8 pm to only find the doors locked and the security gates down. Perhaps others have better luck than this family.

Do not buy gift cards here. I bought Razor Gold and Steam gift cards this past week for $100 each. Both were defective. Gamestop has a no refund policy on their defective gift cards so I was out $200. Avoid this place at all.costs.

Went in for an interview and to get the new pokemon game, the manager was in that day which i was happy about. Unfortunately the manager had to conduct the interview in the front of the store due to low staffage. As he then asked me "would be willing to work at another store in speedway from time to time?" and due to the fact that im already 20 minutes from them and would have to add another 20-30 minutes just to get to the speedway store i told him it wouldnt work for me. The other customer that was there then whispered under his breath to help me out a bit by saying "would there be compensation?" after him doing so the manager then gets really angry and starts yelling at the customer and after they have a bit of an arguement he then kicks him out and calls the cops. My fiance then became really uncomfortable and is telling me we should leave. The manager hears him say "lets go honey" and immediately gets hostile towards my fiance which i did not appreciate whatsoever. I will no longer be going in that store. Not only was i made to feel uncomfortable but i was disrespected, my fiance was disrespected and a customer was disrespected in from of me. Would NOT recommend anyone going back here.
