I wait patiently in line and finally get to the window. It just hit 1:30 so everyone leaves for lunch leaving the line to just screw off. Absolute clowns here - I’m moving to mail order with someone else.

The pharmacy deserves zero stars! The employees act like they are always inconvenienced by helping you. They were also over charging me by $300 because they weren't running my scripts through my Gold Rx correctly.

Not impressed, tonight was ridiculous, the drive-thru has an add-on board of things like liquid ibuprofen you can add through the drive-thru, it even has different sizes and costs listed... the lady working the drive thru with the hijab told me that they were too busy, plus there were many options and she didn't have time to run back and forth for me to make a decision so I'd have to come in. Ok, I understand you're busy - but maybe ask because I did know what i wanted OR here's an idea... keep some of the board items behind the desk for easy acess when people do need something quickly because they have a sick kiddo in the car. There is a line at the drive thru and in the store... so I have to come inside and wait again?! Customer service is nearly inexistent these days, i swear. The lady stocking in the pharmacy didnt lend a hand at the register and the pharmacist had a really snooty attitude. The guy running the pharmacy desk register was the only one who seemed to gaf. DO BETTER CVS, you use to be my #1 pick.

Had some acute rxs sent to this store since it is closer to my house. They are SUPER busy so I figured it could be hours but by the time I got out of the urgent care and opened the app all three prescriptions were ready. Checkout was quick and easy. Staff professional.

Employees have been helpful and friendly each time I have gone to CVS in Brownsburg, IN. It bodes well for CVS that the people they have working behind the counter are upbeat, kind, and professional.I am using the CVS pharmacy, because the hours and drive-thru service are helpful to me. Sometimes it’s not convenient to pick up prescriptions at specific times, so the extended hours ensure I always have my prescriptions. The automatic refill option helps me a lot too, because my prescriptions are always ready for me before my prescription bottle is empty.

Distance is most convenient but the service is poor. The (bald ,male) manager had very poor attitude towards me and walked away and started to speak about me where I can hear everything. #CVS @CVSCvs please do better.With the pharmacy they were okay changing the prescription with NO Doctor approval.

Kmart thought they were too big to fall, now watch another giant lose their way - CVS.Waited in the Drive-Thru only to get to the window and be told “closed for lunch till 2pm”. They give as bad service as is convenient for them, and blame staffing. If you got a staffing problem, it is a result of BAD MANAGEMENT. This aint 2021, time for excuses is over.YOU ARE NOT 24/7 if you close for lunch!Do they mot realize people are getting fed up with them? I am calling my insurance about mail order, I have had enough.
