This year I decided to purchase a home in Indiana. A realtor friend of mine recommended Jamie Hall based on her record and reviews. After working with Jamie, it is clear why she has won awards and received such high praise. From the moment we connected, I felt I had found the right person to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely desirous of finding the right home for you. Through her company I did receive listings of available properties, but Jamie went a step further. She vetted the properties, letting me know their features and issues (after she had made a personal trip to the properties). Ultimately we found the home I purchased. She negotiated a better deal that I had expected, and we closed within 3 weeks. Considering all the moving parts that go into a purchase, she made my portion very simple. I just showed up to sign the final paperwork. Jamie is the person you want working for you. I am 2,000 miles away, and an unknown prior to this purchase. It was not a big purchase and yet she was constantly in touch and made me feel like she was doing this for a friend. Her cards may say she is “Your realtor for life”, but I feel like I made a friend for life as well.

Jamie has a lot of energy and was available almost 24/7. She istened to our concerns and got back with us quickly regarding any questions or concerns we might have had and offered suggestions if we wanted them. (For example, she guided us to some qualified fix-it guys when we needed them.Jamie also got us quickly into any homes we wanted to tour. In fact, we made an offer on the home we finally purchased within 7 hours of its listing, though my wife is the one who discovered it online. But Jamie made contact with the other realtor immediately and stuck then guided us through the sale with all of its counter offers, inspections and mortgage issues.
