This place is the real deal. I took my 2012 Mercedes there thinking I had break problems turns out my rear sub frame was rusted out. Omar informed me of an extended warranty repair offered through the Mercedes dealership. I ended up getting it fixed for free. I've never experienced a business that is so honest.

Omar fixed my car in 2 days for half of what the dealership wanted to charge. He ran diagnostic, told me the cost and to pick it up the next day. Was the easiest time I've ever had with a mechanic and a garage.

My experience with them has been easy, understanding, and professional. He helped me understand exactly what was going with my Infiniti and kept me updated the whole time. Not only was he efficient but also had my suv back to me in a timely manner and was also affordable. If I run into any issues in the future I will definitely come back here!

We had a very positive experience with Brownsburg Import Service. Omar went above and beyond to diagnose a problem we had with our BMW. Though we chose to trade this car for a different car, I would not hesitate to take our vehicles there for service.

I have had a great experience with Omar! He is really helpful by explaining what was wrong with the car, what possible outcomes or problems that could happen, what changes he has made to the car and the prices, and that if there was any trouble afterwards then you could bring it back at anytime. Very consistent with communication as well.

I recently bought a used Mercedes and my first stop after purchase was to visit Omar at Brownsburg Import. I read all the previous reviews and after my visit all the good things were validated.Omar and his team did a thorough check of my used vehicle. They provided valuable inputs and did excellent work on what needed to be fixed. I am lucky to have them close to my house and will be using them for all my future service needs.They are highly recommended!
