The new guy is amazing. Tanner is the most gracious employee I have ever come across. Im writing this because the Other day I literally witnessed the guy cover someone’s own fees they were short on out of his own pocket. I hope he’s paid well! Selfless.

Been trying to get ahold of Tanner for days! Even though we pay our bill regularly, our code doesn't work. He is never there and never answers the phone or returns calls. As soon as I can get my stuff, I will be switching to another storage facility. Ryan was much better!If I could give this a negative star rating I would.

I rarely ever enter to get my trailer. 2 to 3 times a year tops. Every time I try to get in, my code does not work, and I am left hanging unable to get my trailer. The phone number does not work and no one calls back...

I have had a storage unit here for over 10years. Ryan, who I do not believe is here any longer was always on top of everything, and was actually in the office. I don't knownwho Tanner is, but it is 9:15 on a Tuesday morning, the access is not working, and no one is here or answering the phone. This unit is storage for my business and not being able to get in is absolutely unacceptable. They have officially lost my business..

Pricing is good... However they don't keep up the lot... Lots of big potholes throughout Gravel drive where most of the other facilities are paved or power concrete.. Am They allow anyone to just park all over the place on sides outside of the storage area it looks very trashy... construction equipment all over the place... Always have to watch where you're driving because you will get a flat tire.

Moved in in October and by June all of our stuff wascovered with mouse feces. We've had 4 storage units and have NEVER had a problem with mice. All of our baby equipment is reuined. They chewed through cords on our electrical stuff. I'm now paying double rent this month to move into a new storage unit. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

We reserved a budget truck rental from this location for our move today. We are currently sitting in the parking lot at our pickup time and no one is here, they're closed!! Furious! We have a limited amount of time to move today and are now scrambling to find another truck...ridiculous that you would schedule the rental and then not be here!!
