My experience was awesome! My previous vehicle was deemed a total loss but was still reflecting on my credit and as a current loan because the process takes a long time. When I arrived to the dealership their power was out and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything at 9 am when I arrived. The sales manager (Jason) advised me to fill out the online credit application in the meantime and would let me know when the power came on. Two hours later he called me with an approval! I was in a hurry to pick up my kids and my sales associate (Eli) was understanding and did an amazing job to get me through the process in under an hour along with the finance manager and the individuals detailing and cleaning my vehicle. Fastest experience at a dealership I have ever had! On top of all that I was able to leave my rental car there to be picked up. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism and support I received!

I had my wife take her car in to have it looked at. We very specifically explained in a phone call that we wanted a thorough inspection to identify any wear and tear on a vehicle with 130k miles on it. The person on the phone was dismissive and said it would take 5 minutes to do an inspection. We explained that was not what we wanted - we too can operate the internet to look at the service intervals and see suggested maintenance - so the person on the phone set us up with an appointment instead. My wife took time out of her day and took the care there for our appointment. Someone named Bill met with her and was again incredibly dismissive. Bill did not seem interested in engaging with my wife at all or listening to what she was saying. Instead we ended up with the free 18 point or whatever inspection - not at all what we were looking for. When the "inspection" was completed, he didn't even go over the results with her. He opened the door for her and ushered her out. After all was said and done we know to change the cabin air filter and differential fluid. Great job. Additionally, our Durango has the typical taillight LED outage from water seeping into the taillight housing. The inspection team checked the box to say that bulbs and lights are checked and in working order! If we can't trust the inspection team to identify burned out tail lights, why would we trust any other single thing on that list? Unbelievable waste of time. Incredibly disappointing service throughout.

Just bought my Volkswagen Passat from here. Honestly it has been nothing but a great experience!!! This would be my first time purchasing from an "actual" big name dealership, and it has been the most pleasant experience to say the least! Jason and Eli have been absolutely wonderful!!!! Both helpful, listened to what my husband and I had to say and did not rush our decision making at all!! From start to finish we probably spent two hours at the dealership and they made the process stress free and headache free!! Thanks so much for the absolute amazing hospitality Jason and Eli!! Very much appreciated!!

Ordered a new vehicle over the phone. Alvin and his team remained in contact with me throughout the process. They delivered what they promised.Vehicle was received with a scratch in the clear coat. I was told to have it fixed and send them the bill. Very reputable!

We met Eli at Bill Estes a year ago when we first started looking at vans at various places. He left a good impression, so we came back because we wanted to buy a new vehicle from someone we felt we could trust. He was great to work with! The process was easy and straightforward. Eli made us feel comfortable and gave great advice as we considered options. Eli answered all of our questions above and beyond! This was our first new vehicle purchase and we're glad that it was with him. We are thrilled with our new van and happy (and shocked) with how quick the process was!

I sincerely appreciate all your time and efforts in making one of my dreams and desires come true! The car is absolutely just beautiful and I am so happy with it completely. Eventually I intend to install a RIPP Supercharger in it sometime next year if plans pan out hopefully for me! I give the Lord God all the praise and glory because without him this would of never of happened. Will most definitely be returning there for my future car purchases! Bill Estes Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership has been the best experience I ever had with a car dealership and other dealerships need to learn from you guys as you treat the customer right and it shows! God bless always.. ;)

Service Advisor Bill Fletcher was quick to welcome my wife and I when we entered the service bay with our 2019 Ram for an oil/filter change. Although the only advisor there at the time, he was able to thoroughly assist us even though several more customers were arriving. This was the first service I’ve had done since buying our Ram and we were done in about an hour as we were told. I wanted a reputable Ram dealership that we could trust, close to where we live. We’re hopeful Bill Estes will be a long term solution!

Absolutely horrible and shady dealership/salesmen. I inquired about a truck on 11/27/23 and spoke with GM Alvin Santana. Had a follow up phone all on 11/28/23 and said write me up a proposal and I will put down a deposit to be there hopefully Tuesday 10/31/23 if not I would be there for sure on Saturday 11/4/23. Was assured this was fine and there was no problem holding it for a 500 deposit. Then came along Chris the morning of 11/28/23 who I was forwarded to by Alvin. He sent me a video and seemed very cordial and helpful. By 16:00 on 11/28 I still had not heard anything on an invoice so I reached out and was told by Chris and his sales manager drew goldson that all of that with deposit the truck would only be held till Tuesday. At which point I became irritated and said fine just sell it so someone else. Followed by drew saying let me call Alvin back, and another call back to myself we agreed on me doing everything in my power to get there by 10/31/23 if not possible I would be there for sure on 11/4/23. Confirmed in text messages. I went to my CU got the financing all squared away and had check and paperwork ready to go. Sent message the afternoon of 10/30/23 stating I could take delivery on 10/31/23. Drew called a few hours later and said there was an issue with the truck throwing DTC codes and a tech was going to look at it in the morning, and that he would follow up with me in the morning. I had a feeling I was being lied to and messaged the dealer on their website and was told the truck is still available and has no issues it is a certified ram pre owned and I could come test drive 10/31/23 at 10:30. To which I politely declined. Later received a phone call to try and set up another date and time, when I asked about having any DTCs I was assured Ohh no there is nothing wrong with it it is a certified ram preowned. I then informed this salesman of the debauchery going on and apologized that he was caught in the middle of it all. I asked to speak with Alvin and was told yes I just saw him walk by, oddly enough drew answers the phone and informs me Alvin has conveniently left just a few minutes before. Early morning of 10/31/23 GM Alvin calls me and informs me he is intending on cutting his losses with the truck and sending it to auction because the fuel system is fried and has metal shavings all throughout and refunded deposit. I still had a feeling I was being lied to as my mechanical background provides me the knowledge that an entire fuel system is not being taken apart and diagnosed in two hours. Therefore I used on of my extra CARFAX reports that I had purchased and shows that the truck was sold on 10/31/23 as a certified preowned. I waited a few days to make sure that it wasn’t sold to an auction company as I had been told that was their plan. On 11/7/23 the vehicle is now registered as a personal vehicle and confirms the suspicion that I was lied to. In the end it has nothing to do with the fact that they sold it out from underneath of me, I get it you’re a dealership and have to make your money. The problem with me is the honesty of lack thereof, it was literally lie after lie from the first point of contact all the way till the end and I have text messages and screenshots to prove it

Everything went very smooth. Andrew really went out of his way to make the sale happen, as well as our salesperson Josh. I would definitely recommend giving them a call, as they will definitely go as far as they can to make a sale happen, and won't leave you in the dark. It seems to be that they very much stand by their word, as we talked pricing over the phone, and that pricing was very close to what our final monthly cost ended up being. Some dealerships don't even want to talk about pricing until you're sitting in front of their finance manager. Overall a great experience!

I can't thank this dealership enough, especially Sherri in service, for what she has done for my husband and I. We purchased a new to us Jeep from another dealership, and it was brought to Bill Estes for the service. The multiple times it's been there, Sherri has been the most amazing person!!! She has gone above and beyond what anyone should do in her position. Thank you so much!!! Thank you to the tech that has worked on our Jeep as well! Sherri is definitely an asset to your dealership! I can't say enough good things about her!

If I could give these people no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment simply to have them see if my vehicle had a recall issue with the brakes. I had my vehicle dropped off in the morning for a scheduled appointment. We called in the afternoon and were told they had not started on the vehicle. We called again in the evening because I needed my vehicle back because I had prior engagements, they were told to just leave the vehicle and we would pick it up because they had not started on it. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle they said it wasn't ready because they had taken it apart. The lady at the service desk was very rude. They charged me a service charge three times which added up to be about 600 dollars or more just to check my vehicle for a recall which I thought was not a charge to check for a known issue and your vehicle is part of the recall. After my vehicle was picked up, my windshield was broken and my air conditioning turns on by itself. When I start my vehicle it automatically comes on and the buttons don't respond as they should now. I have to keep pressing them to get the air to turn off, and sometimes it will still come on when I am driving. I have no heat at all now when I had heat before I took my truck there.

Sherri is great! I was running late for my appointment and she was able to get me in and get my list of 4 things done in 3 hours! Also, a big thank you to the tech that got it done. I wish customer service was this good everywhere.

Alvin & Angel helped us with the purchase of our new Wagoneer. They both were great. Gave us what we wanted for our trade and didn’t low ball offer our vehicle. Definitely would recommend them both to friends and family.
