In October, I had the oil changed and tires rotated on my vehicle, for a cost of 110.00. One month later, my wife went for the same service on her vehicle, and was charged 205.00. When questioned, they said it was because her vehicle requires one more quart of oil (both vehicles have the same engine) and that they also balanced her tires, which was 50 dollars more. That's an unsatisfactory excuse, because if you do the math, they are saying they charged 45 dollars for one quart of oil. Very shady business practices at the very least. Beware.

My experience will Bill Estes was the worst ever . I took my jeep to Brownsburg because it down the street. I had a coolant leak took it to them they said it was 2 hoses that were leaking. I have warranty for life on my vehicle so all I was supposed to get charged was my deductible $100 they called me and told me that it wasn't covered by my warranty for hoses and clamps . So they charged me $747 so I paid something didn't seem right so I called warranty they said the book charge was 3.6 hours for the work my warranty company told that how many hours it takes but the told them it was going to take 6.6 hours. So what bill Estes charged me for was the extra 3 hours that they told them it was going to take plus I got charged for the hoses to plus the clamps but my warranty company told me that they paid $762. And everything was covered by my warranty. So the ripped me off by over charging me so I took my truck back to them because it was leaking again after they fixed it then they said they found a rock in my radiator after they misdiagnosed the problem then tell me this. Then I told them not to fix it they took my jeep apart had it on lift on Saturday so I couldn't pick it up so I had to wait til Monday to pick it up. The service manager is a joke his name jeff. I also called back to talk the general manager he told me that the warranty people can't tell them how long a repair will take why do they have books telling them how long repairs will take if they are going to make up there own charges.

Jake was super friendly right off the bat. Didn’t feel pressured at all. He showed me exactly the vehicle I wanted to see. When I decided to purchase and went to go the the paper work Bryce explained everything thoroughly.

This is the worst Jeep service center. I took my Jeep for an appointment at 7:30 a.m. They said my vehicle would more than likely not be viewed until the next day. I asked for a loaner. The front desk said she didn't have any, which is understandable, but she was very rude. I asked for alternatives, and she said I could go to another service center.

I had a 5 star experience at this dealership purchasing a new promaster van for my business. Everyone was great to work with. Josh Ter Horst was my sales advisor and he made the process so easy and was on point with communication throughout the buying process. The finance department and Pat (GM) were all great to work with, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new vehicle!

I’d give zero stars, if that was an option. I made the appointment about a week in advance. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:15 am on Monday, the appointment time. On Tuesday at 4:00 pm, the vehicle had not even been assessed. I sent 2 texts to the link provided for questions when I dropped it off, neither of which got a response. On Wednesday at 12:15 pm, I arrived at the dealership to find that my vehicle still wasn’t ready, but “the part had been ordered”. Completely unacceptable. How long am I supposed to go without a vehicle? I am planning on buying a Grand Cherokee in the next 3 months. It will not be from Bill Estes, nor will I bring any of my 3 Dodge vehicles there to be serviced. I can’t imagine having to deal with you people again.

Poor customer service, kept being told vehicle would be done the next day and it wasn't. This went on for a week. Very high diagnostic charges. Overall poor communication.

Staff was extremely professional and attentive to our concerns. Based on today's service, I will always bring my jeep to Bill Estes Chrysler.

I legitimately don’t know how this place has 4 stars. Communication is poor - the “track the status of your service” said my vehicle was in inspection until I got home. Took 8 hours for service to be “completed” and I only found out after messaging to see how much longer it would be. I signed for and approved services and only half of them were done. I had another general request that was in the report but was not actually serviced.
Not the first, second or even third time I’ve had problems like this. My own fault for going back. Sad that a 45 minute drive to Kahlo in Noblesville is both quicker and better service than the 10 minute drive here.
