“The time was less than an hour before closing time. I came to the Interstate Battery because I was having trouble starting my car, due to bad terminals. I walked inside and Bryce greeted me at the door.
From that point it was the best customer service experience of my life! I explained my issue to Bryce and he knew exactly what I was talked about. He came out to check out what was going on. He said it looks like an easy fix. He took the time to explain what he was doing while fixing the issue perfectly!
The manager also came out to check how things were going! Everything was all done in minutes. Not to mention it was 30 degrees out! This is the best location. They are really focused on helping the customers!”

“I was very Pleased with my Visit! ? This location was very well stocked with a wide variety of products! They also had a "sale" section! Which I found a couple things that I needed, marked down which is always a plus! The gentleman that checked Me out was very helpful, courteous and Patient! He was extremely patient with me as I could not recall the phone number that my rewards were connected to. So, he looked up the phone numbers that I believed it to be but they were not active. Which stinks bc I shop there often for all of mine and my husband's vehicle needs. But not to worry since the rewards accounts were not active he just set me up an account with my up to date information. Which I am immensely grateful! Overall, this was a wonderful experience! I would absolutely recommend this location and will definitely be back! Thank you for the outstanding Customer Service! Keep up the good work! ?”

“Been to many parts stores. Average service usually. But this particular O'Reilly store was awesome! We were desperate for last minute parts to make next round qualifications at the NHRA US Nationals. The 2 employees working late night were right there to find what we needed. O'Reilly & these employees set us up with what we needed to qualify in a tough field. We had a great weekend at the dragstrip because of O'Reilly & their employees! Thank You All!”
